The hotel is very good the room is new, But if you're a Hilton member, they should give you a bottle of water upon arrival. They didn't give me anything. They didn't recognize me as a member and they also charged me for parking. The hotel is supposed to have free parking.And the worst thing is that it is not even a safe parking lot because they have signs that say you park at your own risk.

I have been a Hilton honors member for many years and love staying at Homewood or Home2suites every time we travel. We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights for my husband, my daughter with her 3 teen friends and myself. The rooms were beautiful and clean however we could here loud movements throughout the hotel half the night and my 4 teens next door were very quiet after a long day at water park. I had to sleep with my earbuds in playing music half the night. This morning my four teens went to get breakfast at 8:55am. They were completely out of waffles, the toaster doesn't work, they only had raisin bran cereal (not a favorite to most teens and they were out of fruit loops), out of biscuits, the eggs and bacon were cold as ice and other than bread and 3 chocolate muffins, there wasn't anything else in the pastry bin. I went at 915am and there was no improvement. I asked staff and they said sorry, we are all out. I have loved staying at Home2suites and Homewood because they always had great breakfasts. Now we are all having to leave the hotel earlier on our way to schlitterbahn to stop at Ihop for breakfast for 6 people. I didn't budget 2 breakfast meals for 6 for 2 days into our trip plan because I thought they would be covered by the hotel. I am very upset. As I was heading back to room at 920am, I heard a father comforting his crying child about the missing waffles. I also saw a group of 5 arrived to breakfast and were quite frusfrated and complained about having to eat out as well. While riding elevator I noticed several families heading down for breakfast. It was a little after 920am, a whole 40 mins before breakfast closes. Im sure they will be quite displeased. I never don't post bad reviews but this time I feel it's important for the managers to know so they can fix this supply problem. However I feel they need to look at overhauling their whole breakfast program. Their choices were quite shabby and they should invest in proper food warmers for eggs and bacon plus use real eggs instead the prepreped circle egg they serve. It's quite disgusting. Sigh. Also they failed to give is the free water

Our recent stay at Home2 Suites in New Braunfels was largely enjoyable, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff throughout most of our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with the employees demonstrating a welcoming attitude that made our stay pleasant—until breakfast time.
Previous reviews had warned about breakfast shortages around 9:00 AM, but we encountered a similar issue much earlier. On August 11, 2025, we arrived for the complimentary breakfast at 7:00 AM, only to find the buffet completely empty. The kitchen staff member was at the front desk, engrossed in her phone and chatting with the front desk employee. Despite audible beeping from the kitchen, there was no sense of urgency to replenish the breakfast items. The employee would briefly disappear into the kitchen before quickly returning to her conversation and phone, showing a clear lack of time management and prioritization.
This was disappointing, as the breakfast is a key amenity for guests. A quick review of the security footage from 8/11/25 should confirm these observations. While the rest of the stay was great, this experience left a sour note. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.
Rating: 3.5/5 – Great stay overall, but breakfast service needs improvement.

I do not understand people given a poor review This hotel is brand new and very well appointed! Super clean and quiet! The staff have been friendly and helpful! I can’t say anything about the food because we didn’t go down to Breakfast. Great location close to everything in New Braunfels! Would definitely stay here again!!
