We stayed here several days for a wedding and had a great experience. Kendra went above and beyond with helping us out and making sure we had everything we needed. She made a point to connect with our 6 year old which was so sweet and appreciated. The hotel is very clean and has a nice heated pool, fire pits outside, fridges in the room and a nice breakfast selection.

My only complaint...the hotel is online with a small runway so plays fly over NONSTOP.

Clean and modern hotel. Beds were comfortable.

Location was good in terms of amenities, next to some fast food places and a small grocery store. But the hotel sits right under a flight path and the small planes woke me up in the morning.

Pool was awesome. Clean and larger than the other 2 hotels we stayed in during our trip.

The person who checked us in was a bit grumpy.

We didn't get a chance to see what breakfast options they had because the breakfast area was promptly closed at 9am. We made our way down at 8:40 and there was nothing left but cereal, yogurt, and milk, so make sure you go earlier.

We were in town for a wedding. Sean Riley Assistant GM was an absolute gem to deal with - helped us with a (very) early check-in so we would be able to have time to rest before our event, and checked at every stage that we were being taken care of. The pool was lovely (salt water and heated), room amenities were excellent and the free breakfast buffet an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. Due to being local residents, my party and I were abruptly kicked out of the hotel, and to our shock, the police were called to escort us off the premises without even 10 minutes to pack our belongings. This incident was not only humiliating but completely uncalled for, especially since no where in their policy does it state local residents may not book and stay at this establishment.

To make matters worse, the hotel offered a full refund but has only given a partial refund for our disrupted stay, and the additional compensated stay they had promised was never provided. This lack of follow-through on their commitments left us feeling disrespected and mistreated. It’s unacceptable that a hotel would handle a situation in such a manner—escalating a service issue to a law enforcement matter without proper cause.

I hope potential guests take note of this experience. A hotel should be a place of comfort and hospitality, not one where guests are arbitrarily treated as nuisances. I cannot recommend this establishment, and I urge management to seriously reconsider how they treat their guests in the future.

Awesome hotel. Amazing rooms that were quiet even on a busy weekend. So much in there too, kitchen, office space, all other standard hotel items. The common spaces were great too and sunset views are very hard to beat.

Our experience here truly proves there are angles among us. Being in the military and relocating every few years is tough, especially with two young children. Temporary living situations can be a real challenge, no matter how resilient our kids are. We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Home2 Suites, who truly made our two-week stay feel special and treated us like family. Sean and Kendra went above and beyond when they noticed how sad our kids were not to have a home to decorate for Halloween. They surprised us with decorations for our door—Sean even paid for them himself. On Halloween, every staff member dressed up, and our kids were overjoyed seeing everyone’s costumes. It was such a bright spot for them.

Frank, the manager, was incredibly kind and even gifted our kids a toy helicopter, which they’ll always cherish. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms spotless, and everything was always left perfectly in order. The breakfast was always well-stocked and delicious, and the breakfast assistant was so thoughtful, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The groundsman was also amazing, constantly sharing local suggestions on things to do with the kids, which helped us feel right at home in the area.

Beyond the incredible staff, the hotel’s amenities—like the beautiful pool with stunning views—made our stay feel like a true getaway. Plus, with its close proximity to shopping and fun activities, it was the ideal spot for us.

Every person we encountered showed such kindness and genuine care. Their generosity and warmth during this transition will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Sean, Kendra, Frank and the rest of the amazing staff! 💕

UPDATE - Changed to 4 stars - Shaun (Asst. GM) called me personally from the Hotel and apologized and did explain that they have contractors scheduled to try and fix the AC/Fan issues eventually as it was a design flaw from initial construction. He was seemed genuinely frustrated by the mess and knows they trying to make it better. He did give a small discount and offered another discount for staying next time which I think we will do next time we are in town to give them another chance.

Great example of how doing the right thing and taking care of customers (even after the fact) goes a long way.

Thank you Shaun!

Overall this hotel is pretty new and looks clean. The finishing touches and materials used don't seem great. The walls were super thin and you could hear your neighbors and the outside easily.

Me and my family of 4 came in a few days after Christmas and were checking in around 8pm. Kylee was checking me in and was VERY unpleasant. Just short and I could tell she didn't want to be there.

We were put on the 4th floor and she went through her talk about where everything was in the hotel and breakfast times, etc. No mention of anything to be concerned about.

We get to our room on the 4th floor and the bathroom fan is making a VERY LOUD annoying high pitched sound (without it being "on"). Basically wind is howling through the vent above and turning the fan.

We go back down to tell Kylee about this and see if there is another room available. She is very short and says that basically all of the rooms on the 4th floor are like this as it has something to do with the A/C units on the roof were install wrong and they "all do this, some worse than others". She also said they were 'sold out' so there were no other rooms and nothing she can do. She flatly said I 'could take it up with her manager' tomorrow if I wished and to "close the door" to the bathroom as that will help.

Spoiler alert, it didn't help much closing the door. And the door is SUPER heaver and is a pocket door without a regular doorknob so very hard for my little kids to open/close.

At this point we are tired from a long drive and just will deal with it. It was still loud and annoying for the bed closest to the bathroom (pull out couch - which was very uncomfortable as well). In the main king bed, it was better and the bed was much more comfortable.

I get a 'text' message from Kylee (an automated or generic one) asking out our stay is going so far. I respond with the fan is very loud and not better with the door closed and I see on their website they had 1 room available that I could have booked right then if I wanted. She did not reply.

30 minutes later, I get a text response from Latasha who is very kind and nice and apologizes for the sound and doors. We went back and forth for a few messages and she asked if she can call the room. She does and explains that yes most rooms on 4th floor have this problem, but she would call maintenance to have them lube the fans to not be so loud. She also said that they "working on getting better handles for the bathroom doors" as they get that complaint a lot. She also offered to get us switched the next day after all of the rooms are cleaned.

This was a nice gesture but since we were going to be out of the hotel from 8am until 7pm, we didn't want to move all of our stuff again late for just 2 more nights.

Latasha and then later Shy during the day were both very friendly and nice. The sound never got 'better' so not sure if maintenance ever came by.

The breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a hotel (my kids liked the waffles) but nothing over the top.

Overall, pretty terrible experience especially when paying around $200/night as we opted to stay here against some other places in the area even though it was more expensive because of the amenities and how this was "newer".

I would recommend NOT staying on the top (4th) floor if you have a choice.

This is the worst hotel!!!!
The staff member Kylee and the manager Kendra are very rude!
Despite booking ahead of time and paying for a golf course view and requesting a crib for our child, they didn't give us any of it. The manager said it's our fault that we didn't call and confirm that the booking site passed along all of the information. I don't know anything about the hotel industry so how am I supposed to know they don't pass all the booking information on.
The room didn't have a tub for my baby to bath in and they straight up told me. Oh well. There was no sympathy!
To top things off the internet didn't work, and the door to the bathroom wouldn't shut properly or lock. So my toddler kept running in and trying to playing in the toilet.
There was absolutely no sympathy or empathy from this hotel staff or management.
I am apauled by how their staff treat guest! I had a horrible experience and they blamed it all on me.

Go up
