Positive: Was very surprised at size of room it was massive and then a small kitchen . Awesome will defiantly be searching for home2suites rooms next time I book. Free breakfast a good one too not just bagels and cereal. Negative: Nope everything was great

I enjoyed my overnight stay here after a friends wedding. The staff was friendly and willingly to help me even when I just had a sweet late night craving. The bed slept like a dream. I almost overslept for breakfast. Gail didn’t rush me though I had the oatmeal and toast and it was tasty just like good ole country home cooking. Stays like this just confirms why I chose to be a Hilton Honors member. You can count on excellent every time everywhere.

Was in LaGrange for a high school sports event. Location was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfast had great variety. Common areas were spacious and inviting. Really a great stay. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Jessica at reception! I’d hire her in a heart beat - she’s a keeper. She’s cool as a cucumber and so kind to everyone she interacts with. From the moment I called to ask about my reservations and through our stay, she was friendly..to everyone! On top of that, Katrina was so sweet and polished. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to GWL. Thank you!

Nothing special about the surrounding area except its proximity to Great Wolf Lodge, an Interstate exit and some distance from a large lake. For this reason, I can't grant the fifth star that one would see for a hotel in a perfect location, but, this is a top notch suite property that I would not hesitate to suggest for anyone who has to be in the area. The staff are pleasant, the on-site breakfast has good variety, and the rooms seem to lack nothing and are well laid out and clean. There is a moderate sized fitness center. There is a fine pool area (no hot tub) and a small retention pond for a view. It's also nice that there is a fire pit out front which the staff lights nightly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended.

We were in visiting for a wedding and after having a horrible experience at the hotel we initially booked with, we booked with the Home2 Suites late at night and they had a room for us.

This was my first experience in a Home2 Suites and it was very nice. The rooms have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. There was a small living area with a couch, a built-in desk, plenty of storage and then of course the bed. The bathroom was nice as well. The room was clean and very nice overall.

The free continental breakfast is fine. There was a waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, cereal, etc. It's not a full breakfast, such as what the Embassy Suites would offer. There are some hot items such as egg sandwiches and hashbrowns being kept warm in a case, but they were lukewarm at best so I stayed away from those.

The service was great for the most part. We checked out very early in the morning to get on the road, and there was no one at the desk to turn our key in. He was in the kitchen area (which was off the main hallway) chatting with someone but he took our key. During our drive we realized that he never checked us out so we had to do that through the app ourselves then. That was the one big qualm we had.

There is a Waffle House right next door and a few fast food options nearby as well as some gas stations. Otherwise, not much else around.

Overall, this was a great experience at the Home2 Suites and I would definitely stay at one again.

We are evacuees from the Florida hurricane Milton. We were very lucky to find a room here. When we arrived, I came in at 11:00 which was way too early, but Valerie very kindly figured out a way to get us a room by noon. We were exhausted and scared, however, as the days went by, I realized that this hotel was more than a hotel. It was in fact a home away from home. I have stayed at many Hilton's as we are diamond members, but I have never received better service than at this hotel. Whether it was Valerie, or any of the other front desk clerks, they were beyond amazing. We were able to spend time in the area, enjoy some of the early fall, and our son felt like he was on the best vacation. This hotel was very clean, very nice, and perfect for our dogs as well. Once again, I cannot say enough about how wonderful the service was and how kind the people were.

Great room at a great value. Everything was very clean. The staff is exceedingly friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly great!; they use actual cheddar cheese instead of the standard hotel grade orange plastic “cheese”. I am a fan!
