I cannot say enough good things about this property. The staff was absolutely fantastic and so kind and accommodating. The food they served for breakfast was definitely not what you usually receive at other hotels. It was very delicious and they had a person working behind the counter to help us if we needed help. The area was so clean a well maintained.
The lady that cleaned my room, Billie, was very nice and did a wonderful job.
Again the whole staff was amazing. Always smiling and helpful.

Very nice, basic hotel for a short stay in the area. Realize that a 'suite' in this hotel is simply a small rectangular room that is about 12 feet by 26 feet with one bed and a pull-out couch. There is a sliding curtain that can be used between the bed and the couch. The hotel generally feels very small, with a small lobby and 5-foot narrow hallways between rooms. This hotel is brand new and has a nice contemporary feel but is a budget 'all-suite' hotel.

We had moved from Hampton Inn across the way (same parking lot) due to Home2 location having kitchenettes and bigger rooms for the same price as a small room at Hampton.

Upon arrival we had been greeted by the front desk and found out we were having some issues with the rooms being upgraded. Total fluke that someone reserved the room same time we did, so when trying to figure out how we could fix the issue the lady was super loud and continued to tell us that she didn’t know what to do and how to help us that we would have to stay in the previous room before being upgraded and to ask staff in the morning to help. Then continued to loop the conversation and frustrate us and stalling us from getting our room keys.

Customer service was a bit crappy, gentlemen in the morning was super helpful and helped us upgrade our room and get us into the 6th floor the next day.

Breakfast was crappy. Hampton Inn has more options and guests are not as rude.
Had guests pushing us out of the way and reaching over us while trying to prepare our food and had no patience. Very small serving area. Same company, but completely different experiences feet apart… yikes.

I stayed at Home2Suites by Hilton Gilbert property recently and came into contact with a staff member who deserves recognition. Rarely do you come into contact with a person who you can see clearly values the position she works in, shows dedication and takes great pride in a job well done. This person is Billie, who made my room feel cleaner, warmer and more welcoming than home. Thank you Billie for looking after me during my recent stayover and inviting me back to stay which I will consider because of service professionals like yourself.

What amazing service at this hotel! They were super helpful and accommodating to our unique situation. At check in I commented that my husband and I would both be working and without another word, they arranged for a 2nd desk chair to be brought up to our room.

Great price for a suite, with 2 closets, full size iron and ironing board, full kitchen (dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, etc), 2 separate temperature zones, 2 TV's, large bathroom (just shower). All you can eat breakfast included, coffee and tea available 24/7. They have frozen food, cold drinks (including wine and beer), ice cream and snacks that can be bought 24/7 right at the front desk. Close to the freeway but you can't hear it in the room.

The room had an apartment feel, which I liked a lot. Very spacious. My only complaints during my stay were some of the lights not working and the bathroom being very hard to open/close. Also, the breakfast didn't have much variety.
