My husband and I were in town for a golf seminar. We flew in from California and are Hilton Honors members. We had never stayed at a Home2 Suites. We were pretty familiar with other Hilton properties. This hotel offers breakfast that is available from 6 to 9. I was able to check in online and choose our room. We arrived earlier than checking time but our room was ready. I was unable to use the digital key as it did not work. There was one day our physical key did not work but stay easily redid the keys and we had no further issues. Room was standard and though there were dishes plans and flatware there was no real cooking elements except a microwave. Our sheet had some unsightly staining. Breakfast included round scramble egg patties, sausage patties biscuits,spinach filled pastries. There was a waffle machine and oatmeal and cereals. It was good enough and staff made sure it was always stocked. We didn't use the pool. Our experience was decent but I will see other options next time.

Awful customer service. We were arriving late in the evening and confirmed with the property staff that this would not be an issue. When we arrived, no room. We were told their system was down and there was nothing to be done, they couldn't give us our room. I would not recommend this property, and question if I would use Hilton at all after the way their customer support handled this.

The suite was clean and well stocked. The treats from the reception desk were an added welcome. We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast.

We were here for an event and stayed 9 nights. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and helpful. The room was spotless and we had no problems. There was a good selection of breakfast food that did get old after 10 breakfasts, but it was always good. The breakfast area was clean, except for one day when there had been a private party the night before. We have stayed at this property for the last six years and have never been disappointed.

There was an initial mix up with my room but the person at the front desk Shannyn, promptly resolved the issue and relocated us to another room without hesitation.
Friendly service, excellent, spacious, well appointed rooms provided an restful and relaxing stay after a full day of driving

Be careful if you stay here, accidently left my pajamas behind, noticed I didn’t have them, called & spoke to a manager immediately |who said they were not found. They have sticky fingers in this place!|My husband & I were also easy on the maid, seeing she was the only one cleaning on the 3rd floor, so just exchanged towels, told her she didn’t need to do more, & this is what I get for being nice.|Just take note

This place is just okay. We stayed in a 1 bedroom King suite. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, the couch in our room was tattered and there was no art on the wall, just hanging hardware. We asked for a pack n play for our child, and received one that was broken and very dirty. The breakfast was okay. Fresh waffles were good. Everything else is prepackaged and made in a microwave. Not exactly a hot buffet. And the seating in the breakfast area was very dirty. Overall, not horrible, but definitely not worth $180+ for one night. I wish we would have received a better value.

My wife and I stayed here the night before we started our trip west to California. Perfectly fine stay here. Comfort levels were all on point. Location is off the main road, which helps keep the outside noises down. Would definitely stay here again.
