We were there for a two night stay. The room was spacious and well lit. The bathroom had a very nice, well lit mirror. While there the TV did not work (which they told us at check in), nor did one of the elevators. Our room had an unpleasant odor upon entering. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs, loose change, and a gummy glob on the carpet. The sofa also had a handful of loose change on it. The bed cover had a very bad odor. We asked that it be replaced after the first night, but when we returned that evening, the same bad smelling cover was on the bed. The breakfast area had lots of seating, but the area where the food was at was small, cramped, and disorganized. This caused long lines waiting to enter the food area. The food was good and had a nice variety. We were excited to try this new hotel but left unimpressed.

We had an amazing stay here! First off, shout out to Melissa for providing top tier customer service! Honestly, the whole staff was a dream - friendly, helpful, and just plain awesome! The room was spotless and everything is still very new. Breakfast was delightful too with a wide variety of foods to choose from. And it was just minutes away from our destination. 10/10, would stay here again…and probably again after that!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the Ark. We had a little drive to the Creation Museum but we knew that in advance. This place was beautifully made, super clean and the staff was wonderful and all smiles and friendly.

Breakfast was included and it was great with variety of items. We had a suite for 6 people and as others have mentioned, we loved having 6 towels in the room. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash on wall is a standard now but I remember when it wasn’t and grateful for those little things.

Several outdoor seating areas. We even saw two BBQ grills outside and some families out there using them. Pool was nice but will say those tiles are super slippery and really need mats or something down.

Will come again. Wonderful clean place to stay! Also, Go eat at El Jalisco after the Ark. Best Mexican we have ever had, close to the Ark and hotel.

Brand new hotel, really nice and clean. Stocked with plenty of towels for our family (major bonus). Employees were kind and even have a little notebook at the front desk which means they’re aware of issues and want to make corrections.. that says a lot now a days. One employee went above and beyond to find us an extra blanket for my son and delivered it to our room. Her personality was enthusiastic and she just seemed glad to be there! I would definitely stay here again. My only two complaints are that I didn’t receive water for being a Hilton honors member and the shower water was cold every time we showered. Other than that our stay was outstanding!!

It is a high tech hotel, check in and out on the phone, do not need to wait in line anymore. The kitchen is wonderful, there is a connect door, great for family or friends travel together. The bed is comfortable. The room is big enough for everyone walk around. Overall is great, but couch had cookies crust left, cleaning can be better.

Well what can I say, it's brand new! Room is great, first time we've found 6 towels in a 6 person room. They are still working out the kinks but Home 2 Suites is trying hard to set themselves apart, even with breakfast. If I can find them, I prefer this hotel.

The lightning struck the building the night before we arrived so the tv and internet was out the whole time. Was hard not having that at night with the kids. We kept inquiring and kept getting the same answer. Then one night at like 7:30pm their electrician wanted to come in the room to change out something on the ceiling.. electrician as nice but the whole thing was awkward. My wife took my kids to the pool which was the only reason I allowed the man in.. I didn’t ask for it but I should have gotten at least a quarter of my money refunded for those four days.. not a good experience… I know you cannot control lightning but come on…. 4 days of that is unacceptable…

Great location, friendly folks. My family had a small emergency and Melissa the manager and Hannah at the front desk were very helpful. Would highly recommend this place!
