I am a frequent traveler and Hilton Hotels is my preference of hotel. While the customer service at the front desk was excellent, this hotel is a dump inside the hotel room. Normally, Hilton Hotel provides crisp, clean linens but the linens and bed at this hotel were like that of a low-rate, cheap hotel (used, old bedding, in-room amenities, dated bathroom). I am not a picky traveler, but want a good bed and the appearance of it being clean. The company who paid for my lodging did not get their money's worth. For a night's stay during the middle of the week, it definitely was pricer than it was worth. There is a lot of construction around the hotel and the entrance was not clear when I came in late at night. Perhaps the level of this hotel is because of this extended stay, however, I have stayed in other hotels of the same brand much nicer, newer, and cleaner. Hilton, as a worldwide company- do better. Travelers, do yourself a favor and go stay somewhere nicer for less money. Stay clear.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable!!! So comfortable I almost missed my alarm!!! Highly recommend!!! From our from our impressions of the lobby and the best service from, Brittany, she welcomed us all with a smile!! So if ever in the area rest yourself at this location!!! Also very close to many restaurants and other businesses.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The prices were reasonable compared to other comparable hotels in the area. The room was spacious and had a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and other amenities, like a toaster. The bed was comfortable and there were many channels to choose from on the TV. We were able to rest because it was relatively quiet. The location was nice because it is close to many shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and had a decent selection. Clarence at the front desk was very helpful and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location right next to tons of food choices and shopping. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and food was typical waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal. Fresh blueberries were delicious but the breakfast sandwiches were tough. Free coffee was nice and strong. The free apples/peanut butter cups in the lobby were a hit with my son. The pool was heated but still too cold for me. The kids didn’t mind. It was average size and no hot tub. The room had some issues. It had a strong Lysol/chemical smell that I thought would wear off over the first few hours we were there but it remained for our whole 3 night stay. There was mold on the bathroom wall and one of the towel hooks was broken. The pull out couch had some white stains on it and a random smear mark on the wall. The bathroom sliding door was so heavy I had to get someone to help me open and close it. It looked like it had been repaired (screw sticking out of a block it was propped up on) but the new fix made it incredibly difficult to slide. Any child or elderly person would not be able to move it. There was a tissue and what looked like cracker crumbs on the floor behind the headboard. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. The tv had Disney Jr. which the kids enjoyed. The kitchen area was nice I had to buy some dish soap. Would of been nice to have a small bottle there to use. Overall, great location and staff but maintenance/cleaning has room for improvement.

Not sure what was worse - the mattress or the pillows. Either way, don’t count on getting much sleep. And definitely pack some Advil. And don’t think the shower in the morning is going to help. Very little pressure and warm water at best - and it gets cooler the longer you’re in it. And the final touch, trimmed hairs all over the sink. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The hotel was great. I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels all over the US every year, and this location definitely had the best staff that I have encountered. Brittany at the front desk was so helpful. I was very impressed and grateful to the staff. Ellana and Leah were very accommodating. We are greatful for our experience.

I almost didn’t book because of some negative reviews. We had a ground floor room and everything was great! Check in was simple, room was clean and beds were great.

This place was conveniently located, although it was quite busy around the interstate, it was surprisingly quiet. the staff was super friendly and made sure that my stay was quite comfortable. when I travel anywhere, i want the rooms to be clean and these were clean.
