Thank you for a clean room.... The sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave were clean too. The breakfast was good prefer the buttermilk waffle mix and you had only one kind of yogurt . The breakfast juices taste really good . The shower pressure could be better. 5 stars here because all the staff helped make my 60th birthday wonderful would book again ...Home2suites is the way to go ....

I have been staying at Home 2 Independence, Ohio for the last 7 month due to a house fire. I Love the Staff and Leader of this team. I watch the Leadership with her hands tools over see this establishment with great care. She makes sure All her guests are well provided and cared for. The staff here is very great people with caring hospitality, hard workers and well kept. The management team does a good on keeping the place and reserved. I love it here it’s like a home away from home, peaceful and pleasant. I wouldn’t think for one moment that Home2 would be my choice.

I would like to give them all 5 stars ! To start off . We used our app like we always do and preselected our room for the 4th floor which was available! At check in we were not told the our room was changed from the original room we picked . When asked we were told sorry we have no rooms on the 4th floor . Hard to understand when we already chose that room . Then when we booked there was no mention of the pool being shut down for maintenance which a heads up would have been nice . The worst part is breakfast and service what a joke no orange juice was available the kitchen worker said guess there isn’t any and walked away. About 30 minutes later someone went to front desk and asked and what do you know there was some . This is our first Hilton hotel that has never had any kind of meat for breakfast when asked we were told eggs is what we have and that’s all which were terrible kept way to long in the little glass warmer ! the waffle batter was chunky . With our experience with service here I would not recommend booking them . Other wise the rooms was clean which it a plus.

The WORST front desk person named Reed(at least that’s what he said his name was) EXTREMELY rude. Should never be in customer service. SCREAMED at my husband in the lobby and then was mad when we reacted to his awful behavior. He was so put off with us from the moment we checked in. This person should NOT be around guests at all and I guarantee this is not the first complaint he’s received. I will say the manger I finally was able to speak to was incredibly kind. But the guy contacted her first before we got to tell our side. We will be escalating this to corporate. We are diamond members and are really suppose to even be greeted differently. Not that we care about that, but this was trash! Not impressed with anyone in Cleveland honestly. Just stay away from the entire city! Tired rooms also. Hotel needs updated.

On a recent visit, I was in four hotels in seven days and this was by far - huge margin - the best of the bunch. It was modern, clean, fully furnished with a small kitchenette. Check in was friendly and easy. On-site parking. Nice amenities. Very pleased and would stay here again.

There is nothing nice about this hotel. Checked into this hotel for 3 night stay to attend funeral and it was bad from check in until I checked out. Checked in for regular room they placed in hearing impaired room. Manager gave excuse since I had discount it was availability for my reservation. The trash was still in room from prior person staying in room. The room smelled like pet poop and sofa bed had red stains and particles from insects or bedbugs. The staff was nonexistent to address anything….The breakfast was old and not good. Upon check-out I asked for manager and never had such encounter with manager and felt so disrespected by so-called leader of establishment. She walked away from conversation like I wasn’t paying customer. Do not stay here and will never revisit again.

Positive: The kitchenette always makes multi night stays easier. Negative: Breakfast was subpar. The offerings were slim and all were just warmed up, premade foods.
