It hurts to even leave such a review for this hotel because I've been here more times than I can count and it's always been great but the rapid decline has been way to obvious. Not sure what has happened but it's not the same. The amount of bugs in the room is insane, the cleanliness of the room is lacking. There was a used band aid on the bathroom floor when I walked in that was very noticeable. The mattresses now feel like thousands of people have slept in them (obviously it has been but it neverfelt that way)because I just fall into every other persons body print in the bed. And there have been times where I have stayed here for a week at a time literally just extending my stay because it was so comfortable there and in a great location but hopefully things will get better because it really is a gem. Staff is great tho zero issues there!

So Capital One Travel rates this as a 3 star and Google as a 2 star. For me it felt really nice. The suites are very spacious, with an extra room, king size beds, a fully equipped kitchen. While it's not luxurious by any means, it's very comfortable. The staff is also great. This location is a catch for Hilton. 5 stars.

Worst experience ever!!! After each week of continued contact with Mgr Darian, he assured me there would be no issues with my son and a couple friends coming to swim at the hotel for his birthday which is the only reason why I reserved 2 rooms!!! Was for the swimming pool only otherwise, I would not have reserved rooms here! Only to find out the day I arrive that the pool was closed down for the remainder of the day!!! Sitting at the check in desk with all my belongings along with my son in tears for over an hour in a half looking for another hotel to stay at that has a pool that is up and working properly!!! I think this was the most stressful worst experience ever!! I would not go back here or recommend this hotel to anyone in the near future!

Stayed here for 6 nights--this location is true to its name. Rooms are clean, the kitchenette has all the necessary items, as well as extras. Housekeeping services are consistent. Breakfast is on time and well done. Coffee was hot truly 24/7 as I accessed it multiple times. Staff has been very helpful with package delivers and daily needs. The location is safe and close to freeway access. I stayed during a snow storm and the snow was removed in the early mornings and throughout the day. I appreciate every detail as I stay in Hiltons so often. The consistency and performance of this location keep me confident in choosing Hilton over others. Great job.

Honestly the hotel felt a little unsafe I don’t blame the hotel bc they can’t help the clientele they have. Unfortunately it also smelled like weed. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious! The front desk agent was superior friendly when we arrived! She was talkative and joked with us. We talked to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff too and they all were so friendly. The breakfast was pretty normal. At one point the cops did appear at the hotel. We did end up at another Hilton hotel. I would like to say it was affordable and the staff was great just wasn’t the hotel for us.

If I could give 4.5 I would…The hotel was clean, easy to get to, and my room was fine. My only complaint would be they some of the front office staff was not super friendly and they don’t have smart TVs so you’re stuck watching TV with a lot of commercials. (If you watch TV)

I had never had a bad experience with home2suites, so I booked this place without much thought. The room and beddings were smelly. You get used to it after a while though. They said the breakfast was from 7 to 11, but by 8:15am there was no food. Only cereal and no utensils to enjoy even that. Hands down my worst home2suite stay. Lesson learned, and I will do more research before reserving a home2suite again.
