I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Oakley twice in March during a road trip with my husband. We loved it so much the first time that we came back on the way home. This place is awesome. Super clean. Like seriously one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I stay in a lot of Hiltons all over the country. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location is great too. Close to everything. We were really comfortable both times and I’d totally stay here again. Highly recommend.

Brand new, clean and great location. Lots of well lighted parking, breakfast was typical and hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful, pet friendly too. Room was perfect size for 2 and modern features. Definitely will return when passing through the area. Amie the GM was very customer focused and personable, would highly recommend.

I needed a place to stay at 2 in the morning on a Sunday due to having to rush my dog to the emergency vet in Cincinnati. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Sherry was super friendly and understanding of my situation. She got me in a room quickly and I can't say enough about her! All the staff was friendly and place was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Sherry, was absolutely wonderful! She was super friendly and understanding of my situation and got me in a room quickly. The breakfast buffet was really good for a hotel breakfast, probably one of the best I've had. All the staff was friendly but I really do have to shout out Sherry again!! I highly recommend staying here!

Stephanie is very unprofessional. Asked her simple questions and she responded to me like I was a bother. The tone in her voice left me absolutely disgusted. Why would you put someone at the front desk who doesn't know the basics of good hospitality?

Booked a room with a king bed but once I got here there were none left so they tried to charge me an extra $40 for a room that had two queen beds. Didn’t explain what he was charging me for. I refused to pay it, because it’s not my fault you overbooked the room I had already paid for. Then had to in the end pay an extra $20 for a room with two queen beds because they can’t waive fees from their own faults. Also smells like marijuana in this whole place.

Recently built hotel. Friendly staff, shout out to Kinjal and Lyn. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, rooms where modern with vaulted ceilings. Gym, heated pool, conference room. We enjoyed the stay and returned.
