updated. Only one staff member was nice. I think her name was Kiara. She was very sweet. all others were a bit rude and ignored us. we went to breakfast 10 minutes before breakfast was about to close, but half of the items were already being removed. Their breakfast was good and the hotel has a nice lobby. But whoever was hired to build the hotel and decorate it should be sued. the rooms look like a long, narrow hallway, and the decor and wallpapers remind me of a sixties motel. it is a clean hotel, though. so I would recommend it based on the breakfast and clean rooms. if you can ignore the staff and the decor.

One of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean. The entire hotel staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was great and satisfying. Not many hotels offer non pork breakfast meat but this hotel did, we were finally able to enjoy a complete breakfast. They had a great selection. The lobby and dining area were kept very clean throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again when we visit family.

My favorite place to stay when near Lithia Springs. Rooms are clean and tidy, just wish the bathroom wasn’t quite so tight. Room service doesn’t come as often as I would prefer, but front desk always obliges when I request a periodic clean. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. This hotel is much quieter than the Tru that is right on Route 6, so if you need quiet definitely stay here. If you happen to stay on the far north end of the building though, there are semi trucks that park in the hotel lot, and can be a nuisance if you are really sensitive to noise. Overall, very nice place, kitchen is well equipped for a hotel room. The breakfast isn’t my favorite, so I make my own breakfast in my room, but to most it would be satisfactory. All in all, nice accommodations for the price and everything you should expect a hotel to be. The only complaint is the pool is a fair weather pool and not an indoor which would be preferred.

Great value for the price. Quiet and clean rooms being fairly off the main roads. Would have given 5 stars but the garbage dumpsters were emptied at 2am one of the nights of our stay which banged loud enough to wake everyone up and scare my kids to death. Doubt there’s much the management can do about the garbage schedule but it is what it is.

The local shopping areas seemed decently sketchy so recommend avoiding those.

We had a very enjoyable stay thanks to GM Tina's crew! There were a few problems but they got quickly resolved. The room was kept sparklingly clean, the breakfast didn't run out of anything, noise was non-existent and climate controls worked well. Thanks!

I had a very pleasant experience with staying at this Home2 Suites as this was a birthday trip with two days planned for Six Flags, which is less than 10 minutes from this hotel! I checked in on the Hilton Honors app the night before stating that I would be arriving by 4PM, and when I arrived around 1:30PM the room was already ready! All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating throughout our 4-night stay. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which I found to be pretty good for your average hotel breakfast, this helped me and my travel party with leaving to start our day. I found that the room was very spacious and with three of us travelling we we're all able to sleep in our own bed as the room offered a sleeper sofa. We had one minor inconvenience with the curtain rod breaking that separates the room, but I let the Front Desk know about the issue and that I would be gone for the day and once I returned, it was fixed! I would definitely recommend this hotel for people that are traveling to the Atlanta area and do not want to stay right in Downtown.

We were visiting family nearby and stayed 7 nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It was October but still in the 80’s. We used the refrigerator and the coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby is much better than the pod coffee in the room. ||The fitness center was clean and machines were working well. They had small bottles of water and hand towels out the first day we went, but the water was gone after that. The washer and dryer are also in the fitness center and worked well. Bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. ||The market in the lobby has a good variety of snacks, drinks and essentials like pain relievers, laundry detergent and even dog treats.||There is a sign in the room that states housekeeping comes every other day. We weren’t sure which day that starts on because we arrived on a Wednesday and did not have housekeeping until Saturday. Even then, the coffee was not replenished. Housekeeping did not come again. I did reach out through chat in the app on Monday night but did not receive a response. I reached out again on Tuesday and did receive a response. The person who responded said that housekeeping didn’t come because we had the do not disturb sign on our door. I understand that, but we removed the sign while housekeeping was still on our floor and had not made it to our room yet. They did say we could request a time for housekeeping to come, but we were checking out the next day so it was not necessary and we had already found housekeeping and asked for new towels. If you’re like us and like to keep the sign on the door until you’re ready for the day, make sure you request a time for housekeeping to come.

Checked in at 330 pm with my wife and son who is three and we drove all the way from Florida. The person below us started complaining we were walking to hard across the floor. We went to dinner came back and had been in the room for five minutes. The person started to complain again, and we had no choice but to leave as they started they had to call security over this geust . We rented a king suite with a living room which was not cheap , not to mention this was advertised as a kid friendly hotel. After looking at a different room you could see bed bugs on the matress and under it as well. Everything from the start to finish with this hotel was unprofessional and the people were unbelievable. I will be reporting this to the corporate office and the GM as well.
