I am delighted with my choice of Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Norcross. What was intended as a one-night stay became a haven during an unexpected snowstorm. Divine intervention aside, our positive experience was a direct result of the hotel's exceptional service.

Home2 Suites facilitated an easy extension of our stay. Without such comfortable accommodations, the inclement weather would have presented significant challenges. Seriously, this hotel is outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and felt immediately welcome. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our desire to depart was solely due to weather conditions, not any dissatisfaction with the hotel. In fact, it exceeded my expectations; cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our room offered a breathtaking winter view. Furthermore, the hotel manager's thoughtful provision of a vegetarian lunch solidified our loyalty. In short, thank you to the entire staff and management for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning soon.

Great stay! Loved our room! It was clean, open and spacious. Our room had two bathrooms. Only issues were handicap shower head wouldn't stay up and lighting was really dark in there. You couldn't see if you closed the bathroom door. Breakfast was good! Would highly recommend !

Spent 30 days here it was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff is what makes this place. There are fresh cookies and they are quick to address any concerns you have. They are constantly cleaning. Mind you the over all property is a little worn in places because it’s a long term stay. Very safe and close to all the amenities you need.

Easy check in with the Hilton app. No med to go to the front desk unless you need something. Able to go straight to our room. Pet friendly. Needed a snack and the lady covering the front desk was beyond nice. Breakfast was typical self serve breakfast (waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereal). This location is quite than other that I have used in the ATL area. Over all very good stay.

Overall room is good. But... here are some real concerns and need to be address
The day we arrived and checked in Dec27. The following nite we have power outage for 2 hours. The only building in the area that does not have power. The phone in the room is dead, and you can't call to the front desk. Tried to use our cellphone to call from outside to the hotel. Dead too. Really? No backup generator and What if these are emergency? We have to walk down the stairs to the front desk and surprising no one at the front desk or even update us want Is going on. The next day. We approached the front desk and they pretend nothing had happened and when asked, they told you. Oh
It's common we have power outage here. I won't recommend this hotel.

Lorenzo in maintenance, thank you!!! I got in for first night of a 2 night stay and thermostat wasn't working. I ended up saying give me an extra blanket, but please fix tomorrow while I'm out. Next morning, asked them to please make sure they fix cause thermostat is stuck on 69. Nothing that afternoon. Call front and Lorenzo to the rescue!! Room was clean and nice. TV color is off and that could be a fluke. I LOVE the outdoor fireplace. I will return. Thanks!

I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The pool was fun and was at a good temperature. The room was spacious and had what we needed for the night, tho it could've been cleaner, It wasn't bad.
The worker with the blue hair was very helpful and kind when we got to the front desk to check in! Bless her heart! <3 The breakfast was good, I do wish there were sausage patties for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are great, only spent a few nights listening to the front desk persons children screaming in the lobby. The breakfast food looks and tastes old. Need something from the front desk? Be prepared to wait
