I had an excellent stay at Home Inn and Suites in Montgomery. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The family who owns and operates this hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. Everyone I dealt with during my stay were exceptionally nice. They even kept an eye on my trailer for me while I was away from the hotel. Highly recommend based on the customer service alone. Great people

Excellent for Business Travelers||Rating: 5/ 5|| Home Inn and Suites in Montgomery is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in town for business. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything I need to stay productive, including a comfortable desk and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to several great dining options and only a short drive to downtown.

I feel if I book a room it should be what I paid for nothing more or less. When you try to change your room they want let you or they want you to pay more . They give you smart remarks and what you see most of the time in a pic is not what you gone get in the room for example king suite the pics have a hot tub in the room but when you get in the room it’s no hot tub. You book for smoking they give you none smoking and expect you to walk outside I will never go back there?

Ok, Im trying to save you. Do NOT waste your money, time, and hope for a rest at this place. The hallways, elevator and room was dirty, stinky, and everything stained and really awful and uncomfortable. A suprise 40 dollar refundable 'damage' deposit (as if anyone could DO more damage in that place.)
No breakfast & Not a swimmable pool! Just a green swamp pool. Not enough towels or soap. Beds were awful. Air wasn't on before we arrived, and it took forever to cool down. Horrible experience overall.
The only okay thing was the kind of polite employee.

Shame on me for believing that this place would have what the website displayed.
“There is a pool but it’s not open” That is not stated on the web. Free breakfast was listed as an amenity. When we arrived we were informed there is free coffee not breakfast anymore. It’s still on the website. The response was dry and very dismissive. There are no refunds. Deal with or leave
The lady at the front desk was nice nasty at the least. She did not even look at me while I was expressing my concerns. She then proceeded to answer the phone in the midst of the one sided conversation. The worse!!
The room is barely tolerable. The sheets are scratching me as I type.

I will do better for my self and family. Stick to the known names and pay the funds.

This is terrible.

Let me make through the night. These are are my prayers.

So we were on a trip and we made a reservation here. Customer service was great. Very friendly, they allowed us to park our motorcycles under the canopy so they could watch them with cameras. We ordered food and the restaurant didn’t provide any utensils. Went and talked to the front desk and they gave us plates, forks and spoons and asked if we needed cups! I can speak highly enough about the staff and customer service.

The rooms are what you expect a bed, fridge, tv, WiFi, etc. not the best rooms ever, not the worst we ever stayed in. They were great for a night after a long motorcycle ride. Hot shower, bed was ok not entirely comfortable but we were exhausted and didn’t notice.

I would and will stay here again in the future

I hate leaving negative reviews but for $80/night..outside of town, I had to say something. Just dirty and very run down room. Hair on the pillows, dirty sheets, room smelled like weed & dog, cigarette burns on the counters… I ended up asking for clean sheets and changing them my own. It did have a really good and larger than normal motel refrigerator which was helpful and the coffee between the hrs of 6-8 was pretty good.
