We got to hotel around 4 pm front desk lady sitting outside on phone, we waited ten mins for her to come check us in, she was very very rude. We called asked for few more blankets as two out of us three are always cold, she informed me that they only have enough blankets for each room and with three of us in this room that's all we get, plus when I called I was told queen size beds. ( I would of left but non refundable).
My kids went out to walk across to gas station and front desk rude person was sitting inn do.eo es car out in parking lot as we had tried for 15 mins to call front desk, I finally called from my cell phone some weird machine picked up hung up I called back she answered I asked her what that was on first call she said what do u need now mind u I called from my cell so she had no idea I was in hotel.
When my sons returned she was sitting in lobby chairs with friend and it seemed she had hotel calls transfered to her cell phone.
All in all she was so rude she shouldn't be in customer service

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever experienced in the history of my life of stays at hotels. The manager Marie that works the day shift daily was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay the day of checkout, not only one, but two days in a row. Housekeeping replaced my linens and checked in with me once every morning to see if there was anything we needed replenished.
The hotel is extremely clean and it was built sept 2023 so it’s new. They have individually packaged bags of ice for guests because they don’t have an ice maker and a staff member is always easily available.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the pataskala/etna Ohio area.

There is a McDonald’s chipotle Starbucks BP gas station and other establishments within walking distance and there are other businesses within a 4 minute drive. Call this place if you have any questions I’m sure Marie would be happy to assist u

The only good service we got was from Miss Teri the morning of check out. The 2nd shift girl that checked us in jacked up our rate and said we would be able to get the one that we had a confirmation number for 3 months prior. Everything else around was full because of the concert that got canceled. Talked to the manager Monday and she wouldn't even give us her name and said that we should have just left. But we came from 2 and 3 hrs away between the two of us staying there. Then she threatened to call the police for harrassing her for something they did wrong and my friend was just giving them the chance to right, but they obviously have no patience or value customer service. If you want to be taken care of in a rude fashion by all means stay here. Otherwise find another hotel you can stay at and that actually has a website you can book on and not just 3rd parties sites. Absolutely ridiculous. The owner will be contacted by our attorney for fraudulently advertising and price changing! It's sad that it has to come to that anymore. Traveller's beware!!! Oh and no elevator so if you're handicap you're rolling the dice on getting a first floor room as it's a very small hotel. And you will get charge for early check in.

I called the hotel directly to make a reservation. I spoke to Marie who told me she was the manager. I told Marie I need to have a handicap room because I am an Amputee. She assured me my reservation was for a handicap accessible room. When we arrived 2 weeks later & checked in we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Fine except no elevator. Then told by desk clerk there are no handicap rooms. How am I supposed to get to the second floor? Finally after arguing we at least got a first floor room that was not handicap accessible like we had reserved. Asked for the manager. Was told manager was not available. Asked for owner & was told that they were not allowed to give out that information. Asked for someone to call us. It has been one week & we have heard nothing. We also had problems with our door not working. Card would not open door & then the dead bolt would not close so we could shut the door. Awful experience & if you are disabled & reserve a handicap room here be careful. We were stuck in a dangerous situation with no one willing to work with us even though we reserved in advance. I had no access to shower & it was very hard to use the toilet. Have never had this experience in a hotel before when making handicap accessible reservations.

I drive over the road and on this particular trip. I ended up having to take a day cab. So I ended up staying at this hotel and it was my first time staying there, however, will definitely not be my last the staff was very friendly. Very welcoming the rooms were clean.
Very nice accommodations.

Stayed here in May 2024 for an event at national trail raceway. Great location and very easy in/out. Very new hotel. Very Very clean...to the point that it is amazing! No elevator but there's 2 floors. We stayed on and floor. Carpeted stairs. No ice machine but they had ice available for free. Roku tv with 3 main channels and then roku options. Free wifi. No iron but had ironing board. Microwave, mini fridge with freezer on top, extra sink, blow dryer, and closet. Did not have full length mirror (waist high), no hooks in bathroom to hang anything except over the toilet part. Had complimentary shampoo, condition, lotion and bar soap. Only had 2 towels, etc but room was booked for 4 ppl. May have given us more but didn't need to ask due to short stay. All of the staff was so friendly!! Chipotle, Starbucks and mcdonalds in walking distances across parking lots. 3 gas stations. Very quiet hotel. Felt very safe inside and leaving car in parking lot. Stayed over a weekend and still quiet. Pics taken after we stayed a day, so forgive our personal mess. Will 1000% stay here again. It's such a decent place and great prices!

Amazing hotel! Brand new. Whole place smells amazing. No cigarette or marijuana smell! Front desk staff are very nice! Location is almost perfect! Highly recommend. I hope this location doesn’t get ruined! Rooms are basic but very clean. Bed is extremely comfortable and there are 10 pillows in the room!! The cute touches like the flowers on the toilet paper and tissues are so sweet!

Brand new motel. Very clean and comfortable. Price was amazing. I've paid 2 to 3 x for a lot worse. Check in was smooth,and desk clerk was very pleasant and friendly
