Rv Park is a meth lab waiting to happen and if your trying to get some sleep that's out of the question. Very very loud because of the trains and constant semi traffic and I didn't care to listen to the neighbors arguing all night

The man who runs this place is a bully who kicked us out when we shouldn't of owed paying nearly 600 a week for this place is outrageous. More to this to come

Absolutely do not come here. By far the worst rooms I’ve ever seen in my travels all over the country. Including the Deep South! It was a non-smoking room and it smelled like a chainsmoker had been smoking in the room his whole life. Floors were dirty, walls had patches and were filthy, all the chairs had mystery fluids crusted to them, bathroom light didn’t work, and was dirty. The bed sheets were clean, that’s the only plus I could give, but the bedspread on top of it was full of stains and burns. The hotel clerk was actually very kind. I didn’t catch his name, but I know he was from New Jersey. I think the signs in the foyer should’ve been a crystal clear sign, clearly states no refunds because I’m betting most people see the room and turn around to leave. Drive a half an hour further in either direction and you’ll find a much better choice.

Debbie is great, but she's the only thing good about the entire motel. I wouldn't have minded the burnt comforter on the bed, or the stained linens, or the tattered drapes with holes, or the plywood covering the wall, or the broken drawers, the missing lightbulbs, the chairs that one would fall through because of the torn upholstery, the thin walls, the troublesome lock on the door, the a/c falling apart, the roaches as extra guests or even the trash & spare matresses outside my door in the outdoor corridor IF they had at least tried to accommodate my request at 8:45pm to simply upgrade the night I paid for to a week and allow me to pay the difference between the $69 and the $303 (for the weekly rate). Instead, the manager made it seem like I was a troublemaking, trashy guest who was "just going to try and screw them over like all the other people who promise to pay but never do or just make empty promises and special requests." I am a Clergy Member who has ran Western Egyptian Sage Ministry for nearly 10 years & travelled the United States & the Globe extensively running My donation-only ministry as a Faith Healer & Preacher. Right now, on furlough from My Ministry, I am on SSI awaiting approval for SSD (as I have already been declared Permanently Disabled) & on a very tight fixed income. All I wanted was to use what money I had left until garnering help or donations to extend my night to a week so that I would not be homeless without shelter in a hot environment. Now, because of this disregard for my cash and my circumstances, if I can't manage to get the local Churches to help Me tomorrow by 11am, I will be facing a very grave & uncomfortable situation on the streets as a Clergy Member & Ministries Operator. When I asked about the giant cross hanging in the office & whether the manager might be able to explain my situation to the owners who appeared to have Faith by the cross I could see, he responded that "Sure, they have Faith, but this is business & I work for my money, so either you have money for a week tomorrow or you don't, but I already submitted paperwork today & can't extend the stay from earlier - ask a church or something to help you....cuz you facing homelessness or whatever is not my problem." I wouldn't have minded the bad conditions of the Motel if the people running it seemed to foster a good environment with good vibes & good hearts behind the scenes, but there's too many negatives at play here for even a positive thing like Debbie to counter & create a balance worth staying or returning for.

This man is a Con artist. I ask how much for dble bed for one night? He said, $64 something! I ask how much for a week? He said, $350! I say u got one smoking. Then I came back later with my son. He says same price $64 and $350. We ask if we can see the room first. He showed us the room. First, he didn't have smoking. Then all of a sudden, he did. We go look it's run down of course, but big and smoking. So, we take it. Go back to office. My son had $325 in cash and a card. Ok so he should of only took $25 off the card to make it $350, right? So, then he asks if we had $38 dollars. Because to make it due on my son's days off we were gonna have to pay for 2 nights. But could not do it now. And he said he was trying to get $76 something off the card and it gave him $112 which cleaned off the card. If we had $38 more, we could pay for one of those nights, he said. My son said, No I need that money for lunches this week. Can u put that back on there? So instead of refunding card. He pays it in cash. Not once has he told us that he is charging us $401 something. After saying $350 to begin with. Now he says and tax. $350 plus tax. 14. something taxes comes to 50 bucks he said. Now it took us a few to get this but we got it. I have stayed in a lot of motels in my life. Not once has a room ever been more than the price they quote. So, we left and ran to smoke shop. Came back and went and told him we changed our minds. We wanted our money back. No way was we paying $400 a week for that dump. This man was taking us for $50 bucks. And so, while we were gone. Somebody came and wanted smoking room and they had to turn them away because we took the last one. He did not want to give us a refund. So, he has to charge us for one night. Which is now $74 something when earlier was $64 and his reason was tax made it $74. At this point I'm ready to tear into this guy. So now he refunds the card. And subtracts the cash he gave my son earlier for overcharging the card. But it has not been refunded yet so we still waiting. And gives him $214 in cash. So that's screws us out of going and getting another room for the week. And we have to wait 3-5 bus days for $112 on card. So out of $401 something that we had to get a room for a week. We now have $214 of it because of this con artist. Beware he will take your money. Do not give him a card!! I read all previous reviews. What a joke who u people trying to fool? It was nasty and stunk!!

Would not recommend this place to anybody , don't do it,, |The rooms smell bad and the bedspreads have cigarette burn holes all in them , and the tv cable stops working after a certain time at night. The ice machine made a loud noise when getting ice out of the one and only ice maker they have ! And I can't see one housekeeper keeping up with that many rooms ... so think twice about staying at this sh÷t hole |

The staff and management here are really good people but the other guests of the hotel amd in the rv park are nothing but trashy junkies. I stayed there 3 weeks and saw the cops there 5 different times. Had to call them once myself. People always knocking on the door asking for cigarettes. Rooms are okay but very outdated and over priced. Not a very safe place to stay in my opinion
