This hotel was perfect for our Yuma stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was extremely slow. Took us 1 hour to get our food and there were only 2 tables in there. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and modern hotel. Front desk staff professional and personable. The bed was super comfy and I actually slept well! Used the hot tub a couple of times and it was toasty and clean! We ate at Burger Theory one night and the food was delish. Housekeeping amazing and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was a little slow to remote into work.

Holiday Inn Yuma is a great, well-maintained hotel in a perfect location. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. The absolute jewel of the hotel is the Burger Theory Restaurant. I've been in the restaurant for breakfast, and I've also been there late in the evening as well. Everything I've ordered always exceeds expectations, and the consistency of service and presentation only adds to the positive experience. I must give a shout out to Ron who masterfully provides for all of the patrons while making me feel like I'm getting the VIP treatment. Thanks to all!

Eddie and everyone that work there are extremely attentive and helpful. The restaurant food is excellent and the facility is awesome. The drinks are priced fairly as was the food. The parking is set up very nicely, especially for large vehicles plenty of room to park. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi area are awesome. The workout facility has many machines and are kept very nice and clean. I look forward to my next visit to Yuma Arizona.

Yuma was a stopover for our San Diego to Tucson trip, and we were surprised how much we enjoyed our stay. A welcoming staff, lovely decor, and very well-designed room with great bed provided us with a pleasant stay. The restaurant had very good food at reasonable prices; the portions were generous. The lobby/lounge areas were nice and functional. The hotel is well-maintained and immaculate. We truly relaxed here. We decided to spend a second night here on the return trip from Tucson to San Diego, with the same happy experience.

Most of the staff was very unaware and just seemed like they did not want to be there, especially the restaurant staff. I waited 40 mins for my breakfast. No apologies, just rude. The rooms are very nice, along with the location but management should come in and truly teach REAL Customer Service! This was my engraftment weekend and I can honestly say I would never come back here due to the staff customer service!

I was blown away by my whole experience here in Yuma at the hotel, motel, Holiday Inn. The room was huge to say the least. I ate twice at the hotel restaurant, as it was so good, I had to go back. The entire staff, from the front desk, the cleaning and restaurant staff, and maintenance. Everyone spoke and greeted me daily. The check-in and check-out process was so smooth and easy. Overall an excellent customer experience. Thanks Holiday Inn. I will stay here again on my next visit to Yuma.

I did not realize that this was not a Holiday Inn express, the kind that I had been accustomed to staying at. I chose this hotel because my favorite hotel in Yuma had a broken hot tub. This hotel also had a broken hot tub, but not when I made the reservation. I have severe shoulder pain and look forward to trips where I can use a hot tub. No free breakfast available, they have some kind of bar restaurant instead and they said that is because we have a low price and we have chosen not to have the breakfast buffet, which is one of the big reasons that I come. Staff was excellent. Very nice people. It’s just I was used to the other amenities I would usually get, but they said we are not an express and apologized. unfortunately, I had booked two nights.
