Came to spend the weekend Due to my child having a baseball tournament in town. The hotel was super close to where we needed to be, stores close by as well. The hotel staff was excellent. We were greeted upon entry, when leaving for my sons tournament the staff wished him luck with a great big smile. Pool was great, rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. Would definitely come back and stay again if I need too! Also I did tell others about how wonderful the property was. Bar/Restaurant had excellent food and the buffet breakfast was fabulous!!

We stayed here for our daughter's swim meet at BGSU, we have 3 kids, and the 2 queen suite was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We purchased the breakfast package and it was a huge hit with all of us. Plenty of options, our kids loved the hot chocolate. The only things that weren't great: one of the a/c units in our room didn't work, they did offer to transfer us, but we declined. The weather was cool this weekend and we didn't really need the second a/c. And the pool could definitely use a treatment or cleaning, but the kids still enjoyed it. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

My granddaughters wanted to stay at a hotel so they could swim during spring break. We stayed in the double Queen Suite with the kitchen and living room. It is spacious and provided everything we needed for a great stay. The only two things that I think could be improved upon is the water pressure for the shower. We were on the third floor. And the mattress in the sofa bed. It was pretty uncomfortable but we were only there one night.
The hotel staff was great and the manager was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay.

I chose this hotel after reading reviews and scouting the location. We needed a place near BGU, which is about 20 minutes away. The online booking process was super easy and remote check in was great so we could get our keys and go to the room after a long day of sports. The hotel staff during check-in and check-out were very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel itself is very clean and comfy, our room was well apoointed and spacious, lots of places to plug things in for the kid with many devices and the bathroom had plenty of towels along with soap and lotion. The beds were comfy and the noise level was almost non-exisitant making for a relaxing sleep. The pool is nice along with the fitness center. Breakfast was tasty and the staff manning the show there was super friendly and fun to chat with. We will come back here to stay next time we are in the area. The beds were comfortable, and the noise level was almost non-existent, making for a relaxing night's sleep.

The pool was nice, and the fitness center met our needs. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff there was super friendly and enjoyable to chat with. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, parks, and more.

Amazing stay! Our hotel room was very clean, outlets all throughout the room and comfortable beds! There was even a little mudroom area which surprised us. The hotel was a 10/10 but the real gem was the staff! Matt was a saint. I had no idea I dropped my debit card and when he found it he came and found my family at the pool to return it to me. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The hotel was conveniently located near the expressway (off Rt 75, not far from 80/90) and seemed to be in a safe area. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I did not utilize the attached restaurant because I wanted a small breakfast (for example, hot oatmeal or a fruit/yogurt/granola parfait, or avocado on whole grain toast) and did not see those options on the menu.

Such a wonderful staff - they work with you to make your event & overnight stays an excellent experience! Peter in the Sales office is knowledgeable and friendly. Great pool & fitness center. The hotel is conveniently located near retail and right off the interstate. Highly recommend for family trips or business conferences, too!

A very clean and modern hotel.However my king size bed was not that comfortable. I didn’t sleep well. All the employees were super nice. (Front desk and bar area). The breakfast buffet was typical but you did have a waitress. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.
