We stayed at this hotel while traveling from PA to FL. The front desk staff was welcoming, and recognized us as Reward members. The hotel lobby area was clean, and fresh baked cookies were available - yum! Upon reaching our room, we found it very clean, and the bed was comfortable. A little noise at night from the room next door, but after all this is a hotel, so a little noise can be expected.

There was plenty of free parking, and we were able to literally walk across the parking lot to a beautiful Tanger outlet and plenty of eating options!

Upon checkout, the front desk attendant was so pleasant and cheery, and wished us a safe trip. We will definitely stay at this facility in the future when traveling through the area!

As the title implies, the shower in our room had mold in several places. I took pictures but this review form does not let you post pictures. The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. My pizza at the bar was good and my wife's meal was good as well. What shocked me once we received our bar bill was that they actually charge $28 for a double Jameson and ginger ale. I was at a competing establishment in Coco Beach a few nights later and was only charged $20 for a double of top shelf Buffalo Trace.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Pooler, GA, and my experience was mixed. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport or I-95, and it’s close to local restaurants and shops.

The Holiday Inn and Suites in Pooler GA has definite contagion issues.

My wife and I stayed in Room 210 Feb 7-9 2025 and my son his wife and my granddaughter stayed in Room 416 for roughly the same period. 4 out of 5 of us have experienced infections of Strep, Conjunctivitis, Influenza. 3 who stayed in different rooms and had very little interaction with each other developed Conjunctivitis. The place is an infectious disease rats nest. The carpet on the second floor needs replaced. I don’t know what happened but the whole floor smells like a musty old sock.

The outward appearance of the hotel is neat and tidy however obviously there is a disinfecting issue. I contacted the Chatam County Health Department electronically but I think they are asleep at the wheel too. Please look into this matter. I would love to stay at this hotel again due to its location during my travels from MD to FL but until I get assurances that the situation has been remedied I will not stay there.

So, it started as a pleasant trip. The manager seemed very friendly. However, at the end of the trip, I realize that I was charged for food and beverage that I did not consume. I have no problem paying for these things if I did indeed consume them however, it took three calls, perhaps five back-and-forth with the promise of a resolution which did not occur. To this day, I have not been refunded the money that I was owed. I will not stay at this location again.

The location is convenient to I 16, I 95 and walkable to Pooler Outlet Mall. It isn't far from downtown Savannah. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast for a fair price and the bar appears to be well stocked. We did not eat dinner there. The restaurant atmosphere is open with multiple tv viewing.

Room atmosphere is comfortable for heat and air, smells nice, decor is quite odd -neither reflective of anything local nor interesting. LIghting is simply "dim". The staff is present and friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the lovely staff with a nice southern welcome! Check-in was smooth and we proceeded to our room. Right away we were impressed with how spacious the suite room was and the layout of the room made it perfect for extra privacy. Noise was very minimal for being close to the highway which is a huge plus!

If you are looking for a good place to bring the family for an evening, I highly recommend considering this hotel!

We have stayed here on several occasions, and I just get a strange vibe each and every time. We arrived at 5:30 and our room was not ready. I asked for a room on the quiet (non hwy) side of the hotel, and they accommodated us, as we are platinum members. It is weird that they would only leave us 1/3 roll of toilet paper in the room, and that there were hardly any tissues. Rooms and especially the bathrooms need a good and thorough cleaning. All corners are disgusting and the air vent in bathroom is loaded with dust and grime. The beds are comfortable, and we slept well.
