We used this hotel for one night due to an overnight layover in Phoenix airport and was needing a suite with 2 rooms. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious/ both rooms and bathrooms were really great.
The shuttle driver was also very kind and helpful and the fact that they have the shuttle 24 hours is extremely useful.
I will definitely come back when needed.

Easy to get to Airport on their friendly shuttle but hotel grounds & rooms need a major updating, remodeling & more functional floor plans. You can barely close the bathroom door to sit down or take a shower & the bedroom is over kill with space not used or functional. Carpeting needs to be gone & replaced with laminate. Everything old & well used. Beds not too bad & basically clean environment.

"Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel

I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. I booked my stay through Priceline and fully prepaid for my reservation. Upon check-in, the hotel placed an unauthorized $150 hold on my card for incidentals, and weeks later, the funds are still being held. Despite repeated calls to the hotel, they keep deflecting responsibility, telling me to contact my bank, which can’t act until the transaction processes fully.

Beyond the financial frustration, the stay itself was awful. The rooms are shockingly small, the bar staff is rude and inattentive, and the overpriced breakfast at $15.99 is laughable when most hotels offer it for free. "The bed was very uncomfortable, and it was an old spring mattress that made noise every time I moved. I couldn’t sleep well and woke up feeling sore. I expected better for the price and wouldn’t recommend staying here."
This hotel is a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress and find a better option!"

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious, although the floor wasn't the cleanest. The water in the shower was only lukewarm. Staff at check-in barely spoke to me, were unable to provide information on an event happening there the next day, and completely didn't mention the $250 charge they put on my card for using reward points (I only knew to check after seeing reviews). The initial confirmation email, nor the reminder email mentions this charge either. That's a large charge to never explicitly state and not even alert a customer to when checking in. Staff on the following day were as polite and helpful as could be. When I have to return in a few weeks, I'll stay here again. I think it's worth it, everything considered.

Pool was out of service. Completely a let down for my family. Was given some free breakfast/dinner coupons to use at their on-site restaurant that we never used. Bathroom is tiny!! Heater in room makes a awful loud noise all night! Location is not good. PARKING IS TERRIBLE! We drove around for hours trying to find parking...was told by someone the management was horrible and they let the airport use this parking and people who aren't even staying at the hotel use all the parking. They said we could park at a partner hotel down the road and shuttle back to the airport for free. That's just not realistic. The parking problem just ruins this entire experience. Avoid!

The room and pool were very nice.

The majority of the staff was unexceptional. Except the younger guy with the playboy bunny nose ring, he was very professional and nice. Management is virtually non-existent. I was unable to discuss issues with them despite multiple attempts to contact and they seemingly do not stick to standard hours.

The key cards are weak and de magnetize frequently.

Extending my stay was difficult and not worth the effort.

Despite not having a gated entrance, or enhanced security, there is a daily parking fee. I guess I will walk to the hotel next time, thanks.

No itemized receipt was emailed to me at the end of my stay despite the nebulous charges I received.

The telephone customer service is outsourced to a foreign country and they do not quote you accurate prices. The physical hotel staff act as if interacting with the phone customer service is akin to working with a 3rd party and verbally convey no confidence in the telephone feature.

Do not stay here. I'm a construction manager, I basically live out of hotels and this one was awful. My truck was broken into, $3000 worth of tools stolen. They have parking lot security so I wanted my room comped ($150 a fraction of what I actually lost) since this was a failure of their security. Wasn't even looking for reimbursement of the tools and never asked for it since I understand there's no way to prove the value. A month just trying to get a hold of their manager before I called IHG, most times I couldn't even get an answer at the front desk, multiple 30+ min hold times, 10 attempts over the course of a month. IHG said they would have them reach out in 48 hours or less. Still no call. Call IHG back a week later to find out the manager lied on the case ticket saying he contacted me when he never did. Claimed he advised me to file a police report, which I already had and if he had actually contacted me he would have known that. By far the worst service I've ever gotten at a hotel, which is saying a lot when you're in hotels more than you're in your own home. Find somewhere else, anywhere else.

Yaritza at the front desk was excellent! I love the fact that there was a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes.The room was clean as was the property. There is no free breakfast, but the food was good. The only issue was the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and I wish there was a door between the bedroom and the bathroom counter area. The toilet and the shower were behind closed doors. I will definitely definitely stay here again. Thanks, Yaritza!!!
