We stayed one night on 2/16/2025. The first room we checked into was dirty (crumbs everywhere, countertops not wiped). We were too tired from our long drive and decided to just make a go of it. However, after going down to the swimming pool with the kids, our toilet tank overflowed and flooded the bathroom. I turned off the water supply and went to the front desk to advise them of this emergency and they kindly told me they would send maintenance but it would be a while. It wasn't until I insisted they move us to another room did she offer to move us to another room a few doors down. The second room was a little cleaner but the drains were backing up in the sink and tub. At this point, too tired to move again, we stayed and slept ok. The hotel overall is dilapidated and not being maintained. It's has a dank smell and the odor of pot that was coming from one of the rooms down the hall from our room was very strong. We will not be staying here again!

Everything is top notch. Love the spa. And the people are great. Food is pricey but delicious. The dog walk is very convenient but should be seating of some sort. Housekeeping does a great job. There are very consistent.

Probably the worst holiday inn experience I have had. Rooms would not stay cool, AC kept turning off/on, "heated" pool was freezing, coffee pot in room did not work, coffee in main lobby so strong you can't drink it, and you can NEVER find the receptionist. Horribly experience. Will probably stay at a different chain next time regardless of membership rewards. Definitely not worth it !

I needed a place for a week to stay. While this was in a quiet area of Oklahoma City, I was able to get downtown in 10 min when I needed. Its by Nichols Hills where there are a ton of upscale dining options, like 20. But also all sorts of restaurants and shopping.

The staff was friendly and the hotel quiet for my stay. Restaurant had a new menu I was told but the food was good and staff friendly at night.

Property could use a few things here and there but nothing major. Gym was large for a hotel.

I had my check in time almost at midnight. And I got excellent service, so I could have a rest as soon as possible. The room was clean and quiet, that all I needed for my staying. I was surprised that the hotel has few options for breakfast and I could choose what I can have. Highly recommended this hotel for yours trips!

This is a hidden gem! This hotel may be a little dated outside but once in you walk in you feel like you are in a modern facility. The restaurant and bar have the nicest staff ready to serve you. The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and "hello" as you come and go. Even the housekeeping and maintenance staff greet you with a "hello" when they see you. Our room is always made up neatly. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting and doing business in OKC. Thank you

It’s dated but it hits the mark. Clean rooms (if worn-out bathroom door had chunks taken out of the bottom), exterior was dated with textured ceiling and an atrium in the middle. The bar was nice and was the highlight of the stay. The bartended was awesome and very personable.

There didn’t appear to be coffee in the morning, I saw one insulated container for hot water and that was it. Might have somehow missed it, but didn’t see any coffee or breakfast when we were heading out.

Location is good and hits the mark!

Climatt

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The first room I was given had no window so I asked if I could move and the front desk clerk assured me it was no problem to move me to a bigger and better room. It appeared to be two rooms that were joined at some point. It even had two bathrooms! This would be a great room for families.

There was a problem with a lack of hot water, and the clerk at check-out refunded 5,000 points of the 15,000 used to book the room as an apology. That was unexpected and appreciated!

Location isn't really close to any restaurants so I had to drive a couple miles to find dinner. I was concerned it was a bad neighborhood as there were aggressive panhandlers a couple blocks away at the interstate exit. But the property was very quiet. Hotel is in a business district. It's an older property and the layout inside is a bit confusing with multiple elevators in different corners. It's also really dark in the open interior area. I got confused more than once trying to find my room.
