The hotel lobby is beautiful. I love the look and sounds of the waterfall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were the friendliest I've ever experienced. The bar and restaurant staff were very engaging, and the food in the bar was GREAT. The front desk staff were also great. The hotel is located near good shopping. The temperature in the room was easy to set exactly how I liked it. The bed was extremely comfortable. My shower head didn't function properly, and the staff handled it to my satisfaction by offering another room.

We were there for a competition and had 30 teenagers with us. they were genuinely nice and accommodating to all of us. The bed was very comfortable. cleanliness is not horrible. it is just not top notch. baseboards are not super clean like you see in other hotels and makes you kind of wonder what they skimp on. but not like bed bug dirty. furniture has some wear and tear-that didn’t bother me. the room was very QUIET! i hope we book there next year!

Excellent! Room was clean and inviting. Staff is wonderful! Beautiful lobby. We didn't have time to check out the un house restaurant but looked to be top notch.

Very clean hotel and amazing staff. Mckenna's restaurant is definitely amazing! Very good breakfast bar. To the lady who served me cranberry juiced and told me about the French toast cinnamon rolls. I approve of those and definitely recommend to keep making them. Hats off to the chef for making them too! I had an amazing stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel while traveling for work. I found it to be clean and the staff to be helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. The mattresses are fairly hard, and that would be my only comment for improvement.

Not fancy, but certainly comfortable. Good value, great location for shopping and dining options. Beds were super comfortable; breakfast at the restaurant was good. The hotel could use updating and we had to park far and it is far to the elevators, but an overall pleasant stay.

Great location but hotel is in need of some renovations. Beds were well used. Someone had been sitting on one bed prior to our arrival. It did not make us feel warm and fuzzy.

We never sleep well while traveling but this was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and, again, were pleased with the meal. Our server/bartender was accommodating and suggested the Reuben sandwich which was delicious.
The room itself was clean. It could use some updating but our stay was for 1 night so that wasn’t too important. All staff were friendly and helpful.
