This new Holiday Inn is located in Glendale near next to Topgolf and the Tanger outlets. It’s a wonderful shopping and dining district yet a quiet area. The hotel is tastefully appointed and decorated, the staff is friendly and efficient. There’s a great restaurant on site with delicious hamburgers, TVs, and a big bar menu. The hallways are wide, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the gym is great too! This is our second visit and our “go to hotel” in Phoenix!

This was last minute stay to attend the Cardinals game. Not sure what booking ahead would have done for the rate, but we spent $299 for Saturday night and $259 for Sunday night. There's a nice restaurant/bar located within the hotel property called The Crooked Pint. Had drinks and dinner on Saturday night, and breakfast on Sunday morning. Prices were reasonable and it was very convenient. The Hotel has a small convenient store type area where some sundries and snacks can be purchased. The king size bedroom was comfortable, and other than a few small issues with the bathroom; rocking toilet & shower diverted that didn't work for the hand held shower head, it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay! I went on a trip to go to a book signing W&WW. This hotel was close to where I needed to go. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and pleasant! I had no problems while staying here. I would recommend if you are in the area and needing a place to stay!

My daughter and I stayed here the week of Labor Day and let’s just say that I found a place that likes talkative people such as myself. Every single staff member that I came across were very professional, helpful, and may also be part time therapist because I talked their heads off about my empty nester phase i’m going through as my child left the nest to start anew in Glendale.

The hotel lobby is setting is fabulous as there is plenty of seating, books, magazines, and people watching to keep you entertained. I think I stayed in the lobby talking to everyone more than being in my room. The lovey is laid out strategically so you can meet with a group or have some privacy without bothering patrons or staff. Such a great idea on the layout.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and delicious. The area is so close to shops, dining, and entertainment.

Even seen the Kidz Bop tour group as they were in town performing and their tour manager and their staff were so friendly. Even extended us tickets but when we got to the venue my son’s car had malfunctioned which caused us to miss the concert to wait on AAA, we were so bummed out.

Great hotel, GREAT STAFF, you will not be disappointed booking here.

Staff was awesome! I can't express that enough!
Location is so convenient. Many restaurant and amenities close by to choose from.
The facility is clean and comfortable.
Having the restaurant/bar downstairs makes your stay so much easier.
I stay here every time I come to Phoenix/Glendale for business.

I highly recommend your hotel. My wife and I do quite a bit of traveling throughout the country and this was definitely one of the most comfortable bed that we both have slept in a long time. The food in the hotel restaurant was terrific. My wife had the spinach salad and I had the a juicy lucy hamburger. The hotel staff was wonderful and I would definitely recommend your hotel

This experience was awful for me. Beginning with uncaring, unfriendly, unprofessional staff who set the tone for the entire stay. Although check in was fast, my experience with the front desk associate, Rose, will deter me from staying at this hotel again and even from recommending the IHG brand in the future. The room was typical, nothing special to note. It wasn't as clean as I would expect. Although they do NOT offer complimentary breakfast, I will tell you that they do offer breakfast vouchers for purchase for $8 each. Those vouchers can be used at the restaurant for any item on the menu. The hotel staff failed to mention that too and I only found out after later from the restaurant server after purchasing full price meals. I could go on, but what's the point? I will never recommend this hotel.

Positive: Overall the staff was helpful when they could be located. I did watch a staff member handle another client (she was incredibly rude to the employee) with grace and maturity. It seems to me as if the location was very short staffed. Negative: There is no complimentary breakfast - which is not the norm for Holiday Inn Express. It is located in an area with an extreme amount of construction. It was overall clean but nothing exceptional including the complimentary products in the room.
