The hotel was clean, as was my room. The staff was courteous and professional. I didn't try the free breakfast, so can't comment on that. The location was near several nice restaurants and gas stations. The front desk offered maps. Parking wasn't over-full and was nearby.

The jacuzzi is hot and relaxing. The rooms are clean, comfortable and offer amenities that are great while traveling. One of the things I love about all of the Holiday Inns is that they keep out hot coffee and tea for late arrivals or night owls. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast is great!

Nice clean, very large king room. Made sure we were away from train tracks noise. Reported that shower soap holder was broke. (Not hotel fault but soap dispenser was mounted on side wall, I couldn't get soap without water hitting my face & mounted way too high. Needs to be lower & on back wall.. this is a contractor issue)

The property’s rooms and common areas have been recently renovated. I had a great experience here from check-in to check-out. I visit family in the area every so often and enjoy staying here.

Decent accommodations as expected. Staff was kind. Nice that we had lot security for our expensive work vehicles. My only negative comment I wish to convey: disable the automatic AI light in the bathroom. When one barely wakes in the middle of the night to use the toilet, they should not be stunned fully awake by an automatic light!!! What a horrible idea! Very hard to go back to sleep. Especially considering we got on had 5 hours to sleep.

Everything is great except for one thing. The air conditioning system is very loud. I turned it off in the past manually. With the new automatic climate control system, it kept coming back every 30 minutes.

Everything else are nice and comfortable.

The staff was great! The room not so much. There was a roach in our room by the fridge. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance. They were unable to catch the roach. We were moved to another room. Definitely an inconvenience

The hotel seems to be quite new. Located close to the highway. Shopping options in easy walking distance. Adrian at the front desk has been extremely helpful and had checked us in quickly.
Nice practical rooms; a very small gym; heated hot-tub.
