Well, I was on the second floor. Now I know to go with the 3rd. Walls are paper thin, I could hear everything as the kid/people ran across the floor late/early. Also an awkward thing happened. Manager was knocking on our door to say " it smells like smoking, someone is smoking? It's a $250 fee for smoking" I said come in and see, nobody in here is smoking. Very very strange. 🤔. It's not as clean as it could be . Needs upgrades too. Breakfast was good, most of the staff seemed nice. We were having a bathroom remodel at our house yet I couldn't wait to get out of there. Also it's by a fire station and emergency room so lots of sirens 😒. I took my dog too which was why this was the hotel we picked.

We recently had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sand Springs! We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and our room, the size of the room, and the comfortable bed. We slept great and enjoyed the hot breakfast each day. It’s on the best we have had compared to other hotels. The staff put out a very nice welcome sign for us and all the members of our family who were there for a wedding. They helped us get an adjoining room with our daughter and their family and let me know when a package arrived for me while we were there. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Thank you!

Stayed here while helping with the wildfires March 2025. We were called in on emergency and did not even have time to pack anything at all. After calling the hotel asked if they would provide a couple of toothbrushes just to freshen up. They went above and beyond to help my crew who had spent the day in the aftermath of the wildfires. By far the best customer service experience of all the hotels we've stayed.

I had stayed here previously last year and it wasnt all that great. Just recently my wife's sister was getting married so we had to stop off near by. Katelyn, the front desk lady I believe, checked us in. She was so sweet and extra helpful! She told us where all the best eating places were. Everytime we saw her she was always smiling and asking us if we needed anything. We had a really good time, breakfast was lovely and the rooms were nice and comfy! Definitely will be staying again! And that front desk lady needs a raise, her hospitality is remarkable for as young as she is.

For starters there was no parking. We were told to park in another buildings lot where there were several cars that appeared to have people living in them. When we got to our room, the bed had crusty spots on the comforter like it had not been washed. The sheets were messy like the bed was slept on and just thrown backed together. The pull out couch mattress was disgusting with stains everywhere.

We decided to not stay here but couldn’t get our money back unfortunately. Very disappointed.

Very clean but you can hear people in next room coughing and the room doors are very loud when shutting other than that it is quiet ...breakfast buffet has a good variety of food , eggs, sausage, pancakes , fried potatoes , biscuits and gravy , Danish, bagels , toast , cinnamon rolls, muffins, all kinds of juice , milk and coffee. Our stay was pleasant!

We were here for the Kelsea Ballerini Concert in Tulsa. Even though we stayed one night, the amenities would have been just fine with us to stay more.
Check In: check in was so nice, the front desk was so helpful. She even helped me apply my stay to my IHG account in order to earn points. We were given a complementary goody bag of snacks and water, which I greatly appreciated.

Common Area: The common area was so nice and updated. What really got me was the welcoming air fresheners they use. (I took a picture of it once I found it because I loved it and wanted it in my home.

Service: Everyone was so nice, I just needed little extras like sugar for the coffee and remembered to ask for late checkout which is great.

Rooms: the rooms were awesome. It has pillow top mattresses a firm and soft down alt pillow (I think) and an all weather down comfort. Huge windows. In the bathroom there is the dove nourish line which smells amazing! Loved that. Standard HBO but your firestick will hook up. The wifi kept up with all of our devices.

Check out: check out was easy, we requested late checkout.
Location: 10-15mins from everything in Tulsa but without the traffic! Starbucks, I hop and shops nearby.

Overall the hotel was budget friendly, small hometown feel with all the amenities anyone could really need. If I find myself in Tulsa again I will definitely be back! Thanks yall!!!!

We were greeted immediately, check in was efficient and friendly. We were gifted a valentine for each guest. Later when returning to hotel we were offered a cookie. Rooms, service, breakfast were great. Will definitely return.
