I've stayed at this hotel three times in the past four months for business. The facilities are always clean and well kept. Melisa and the desk staff are always cheerful and pleasant. Every time I come and go throughout the day, I've been greeted with a smile and kind words. Breakfast is served every morning and they have generous serving hours. The parking lot is plentiful and well lit. Security even makes rounds several times throughout the day and night.

Upon arrival, we were early by mistake. The front desk lady was very gracious and kind and immediately got us into a clean room. Upon walking into the room, it just immediately screamed, clean, inviting welcoming. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the organization and all the amenities. This is probably the first hotel we’ve stayed in where there was actual Hand soap and not just a bar of soap to wash our hands. We always bring our own hand soap for washing hands. We love dove products and that was what was provided. The mini fridge didn’t work very well, but it did a decent job. We were placed near a bunch of really rowdy maybe barest so 3 AM was a little rough but once they calm down, we were able to get back to sleep.

Definitely clean hotel, room was all upgraded and looked great! Bee wasn't that great but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Breakfast area wasn't filled by time i got down there around 815am, so only had toast and a pancake. But overall staff was friendly, room was clean and got a decent nights sleep!

I really enjoy staying here when in the area. Rooms and general facility is nice and up to date. Super clean - staff does a great job. Breakfast is good. Location is awesome… the mall, other shopping, and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.

A newish hotel. Well laid out and with a decent breakfast. Rooms were nice but needed a bit of maintenance. Beds were comfortable. However, this location is horrible. Right next to the mall and traffic was terrible. Hard to get into and out of the hotel. I think I'll find a better location next time.

This Holiday Inn is quite nice. The rooms seemed new and were super clean. There was a nice area to work from in the room and there was a nice dining/work area in the lobby. Refrigerator and microwave in room. The TV didn’t have app login options but there was a good cable line up. Breakfast had bacon eggs muffins yogurt etc. overall a great, easy stay.

Check in was super smooth. The staff was one step ahead, providing the extra towels and bedding they could tell we would need. The room was clean and comfortable. We all slept like babies. We always have to run out to comps in the mornings but there were plenty of grab and go options at breakfast.

If I couldn give the service 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond. We are currently mid cross country move and in a different hotel every night as we drive to our new home. This hotel has been the cleanest and friendliest one we've been in this whole trip.

You can tell the front desk really enjoy their job. The lady who checked us in told us how she saw one hotel giving little toy animals away so they started doing it. They are so cute and such a kind touch.
