Not a bad hotel. Nothing special as holiday inn express goes. The breakfast is normal as usual but get there early as they stop serving 30 minutes before they state. The trash cans are left to overflow with garbage and are not touched until long after breakfast is over.
The location is great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for a quick stay with easy access to shopping, this is the place. If you’re looking for a more luxury stay, perhaps look elsewhere.

The room was nice, it could use some new carpet and I sleep on a memory foam mattress so all hotel beds are not as comfortable. Overall easy checkin and checkout. Very nice employees. Breakfast was delicious I had eggs and bacon and a biscuit and gravy. It was just nice enough and updated just enough. Windows in room seemed older than me and I’m 44. Overall pretty good especially for under $200 a night.

First, the rooms are noisy with the hotel being very near the freeway. The windows are single pane and don’t provide any noise protection. The hotel is clean, typical Holiday Inn, with the furnishings starting to show their age a bit. It’s comfortable, however and the breakfast is average for this kind of hotel. Overall, it meets or in some cases exceeds the experience you’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

Guests might find themselves dealing with a cluttered environment and unkempt facilities, which could negatively impact their overall enjoyment. A more consistent and thorough approach to cleanliness would greatly improve the atmosphere and enhance guest satisfaction during longer visits.

Additionally, the breakfast offerings leave much to be desired. A more diverse and appetizing breakfast selection would be a valuable improvement, helping to create a more enjoyable start to each day.

We stayed at this location as we had received great service in past visits a while back. Since we were making our vacation travel on the fly, we only booked for the first night. Next morning we woke up early for breakfast and the pancake machine was not working. A few other guests had already brought this up to hotel staff. After breakfast, we asked to extend our stay for one more night and took off sightseeing, with the staff providing no more feedback than all set. When we returned later at night our room had not been cleaned, the bed was not done, towels left on the floor were not changed, and garbage bins were still dirty. On top of that, that extra night was billed almost at twice our original rate, without letting us know beforehand so we could decide.

Came to this hotel because my family and I needed a short-term stay. Asked woman up front how much it was for two nights, she confirmed 229. I had my fiancé double confirm when he went in to pay that it was 229 for two nights and she confirmed again. Did not hand me receipt but she was very kind so I did not think much of it. Big mistake. I highly recommend you record your interaction because they will scam you. It wasnt until I saw nearly $700 removed from my account, I called to ask why and was laughed at by a different front desk woman stating , 'haha that doesn't sound right' when I gave her the price I was quoted. I sucked it up, I was robbed but I let it go.

We leave the hotel after a two-night stay and we left the room slightly dirty. As a former housekeeper, it wasn't extensive as to what I remember being ridiculous to clean. From my experience, some chip bags left on a counter and maybe crumbs on the floor are expected but I guess here they want you to deep clean your own room before leaving. I was than charged $500 for apparently a damaged door and a dirty room. I highly advise you document everything because there was no damage to any of the doors when I left. Nearly 1200 to stay at 2 start hotel is ridiculous. Save your money so you won't get scammed like us staying here. If you do, record and document everything because they will scam you out of all your hard-earned money. TBH you are better off staying at the Red Roof Inn nearby, not as fancy looking but at least you won't lose a whole paycheck to scammers

I was traveling on business and arrived late around 7:00 pm. My reservations were booked through a third party and were incorrect. The receptionist was able to get my associate and myself new reservations. I was very tired at the time
and low on patience, the receptionist made this process very simple. I was greeted by the manager the next morning to confirm all changes. Perfect.

We got upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise but I am a loyal IHG member! Just an overnight stay. Location next to restaurants, shopping, golf and grocery store so very convenient. Cleaning staff was friendly and the room was clean. Whoever sold those blinds and sunscreens is a good salesman because they are awful! The AC is difficult to adjust and listening to it go on and off all night was not conducive to good sleep.
