We stayed here three nights while riding on Tucson's loop bicycle paths. The hotel was very well located for this purpose, and we chose Holiday Inn over several nearby options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with very nice pillows. Breakfast was outstanding, and we enjoyed real oatmeal (with several toppings), pancakes, real bagels, and various egg choices. Staff kept breakfast well-stocked and the entry and parking area very clean. Likewise the pool was sparkling, if a tad cool. Stuck my finger in the hot tub and it was nice and hot, although we didn't end up getting in it. Lots of parking available, convenient to the entrance.

We were very satisfied with our 2 night stay here. Our room was very clean, comfortable and nice looking. Bed was very clean, and the big comfy pillows were nice. The Hotel itself also was clean and nice. Friendly, attentive staff, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. They do a great job with the breakfast. As well as with the rooms. It felt really clean and comfy. We would stay there again if we needed to be in the area again. I recommend this hotel. The only downside is the location isn't the greatest. But that just is what it is. We are familiar with the area so we were aware. Just be mindful and do not leave anything valuable or interesting visible in your vehicle overnight. (Smart thing to do no matter where you stay). We did not see any issues while we were there.

I have to start by mentioning Brandi. She was very friendly, but what really impressed me was her ability to communicate the benefits of being IHG rewards member. I travel frequently for work and am a Diamond member, this was the first time someone just wanted to make sure I aware of the benefits. I feel it’s important to recognize the team members who go above and beyond. The rest of the staff was great and location is accessible to major highways. Great place to stay if you’re looking for convenience in travel, clean rooms and a friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and said hi during every interaction throughout the experience. Breakfast was really good, and all areas were well cleaned and checked on. Late night Jacuzzi was very pleasant, and assisted with a good night sleep. Room was quiet, and bed felt amazing.

This was the best stay at a hotel I've had in years! The staff was exceptional. Genuinely friendly, efficient, and mindful of guests' needs. The breakfast and dining area was always very clean and the variety of food was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the faciliry was quiet at night. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Tucson!

I regularly stay in hotels due to the nature of my job. This particular stay was disappointing because of the overall condition of the property. My room was on the 3rd floor. The ice machines on the first floor and the 3rd floor were out of operation. I needed to use the business center computer printer in order to print out a document I needed for a meeting but the computer was out of operation. The microwave in my room did not work.

As far as cleanliness, there was hair in the shower and there was hair in the sink when I went to first use them. Carpet could use a cleaning. I know the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but, upon entering the room, I couldn't tell if it was smoke or musk that I smelled.

The TV (I'm guessing a 32-inch model) felt very small for the room and it did not swivel.

The check in experience was fine and smooth. Check out went very much the same.

Overall, the stay was disappointing and it leads me to want to avoid this property in the future.

This is my second stay here. It is an easy location to access. The hotel is pretty well maintained. The check in was a little slow but thorough. The room was nice but we had an issue with the toilet not working properly. We were later switched rooms with proper working plumbing. The hotel was pretty peaceful. The breakfast staff was on the ball keeping everything stocked and clean. She even assisted elderly guests.

Overall enjoyed my stay at this location. My room could have used a bit of a refresh in terms of carpet but other things but overall it was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the frig and microwave. The breakfast was good and breakfast kitchen area very clean. Staff kept it stocked and looking good. Good place to say
