Met family/ grandkids for a late Holiday get together. We had booked 3 regular 2 bed rooms. The kids had adjoining rooms as requested but our room was not close so they gave us a complementary upgrade king bed suite. Pat and Ashley at the desk were wonderful and helpful. Pool time was good, weight room used by the teens. Had pizza delivery straight to room from Pizza Hut. We traveled with our new dog so going out wasn’t an option. Nice area for dog walks. Hot Breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon rolls, breakfast/ kitchen attendant was super sweet( forgot her name). All in all good stay Laila ( dog) approved

The overall stay at this location was a good experience. Bathtub could have been cleaned a little better and water quality in shower improved. We were sad to find that the pool was not available and we were not told about this upon checking in. Breakfast was great with many options and served until 10am! The ease of getting to this hotel from I-75 was perfect and the surrounding area offered everything you would need. Great location, great price. We would stay again.

Positive: This hotel was so clean and so equipped. It was an amazing experience. There were two women who did the morning breakfast Buffet, and they were so thorough constantly cleaning and meeting the needs of everyone. What a pleasant experience. Negative: If I had to find anything negative about this hotel, it seems like the elevator was a little slow

The hotel was a good value for the money and many restaurants nearby walmart across street. Checkin check out fast and easy . The front desk makes chocolate chip cookies yummy. Breakfast had hot items sausages eggs potatos. Oh the cinamin buns were delicious! Clean hotel. I would stay again.

The breakfast staff were amazing. The housekeeping was exceptional. I had a very peaceful stay the entire time. I stayed for business and was offered a great business rate. If I stay in Troy Ohio again, I will be staying at the Holiday Inn.

Excellent hotel. Will stay again next year. Would like to see sausage gravy on the menu. Sell beer maybe. Add a hot tub in some rooms. That is all I got for now. Had a great time. I always stay at holiday inn express

Everything was really nice from the rooms to the hot breakfast and the location of the hotel. The pool needs a little bit of work.
I must say the hot breakfast was excellent each morning was different 😋 👌!

This is the second Holiday Inn I have stayed at where they keep the shower cold. Many in our party didn't take a shower because of how cold. I have been a loyal IHG customer but I believe I am going to look for a different Hotel chain to stay.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate.
