Overall I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The main entrance in the hallways felt dirty and the room was clean however it felt a little outdated. The charging stations did not work, the up arrow on the remote did not work, the air conditioning unit was very loud, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was little to know water pressure as well. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was close to restaurants and an outdoor mall. Also, do not book this hotel through Booking.com because I had a horrible experience. The hotel will take absolutely no responsibility once you book through Booking.com and everything has to go through that organization. It felt very unprofessional and I would never book through a third-party again.

We got an excellent deal for our group at this property. The rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space in our rooms. The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. I especially liked that there was a mirror, plug and small shelf outside of the bathroom for me to do my hair while others were in the bathroom.
The breakfast options were really good for the price we paid. The only downside was that we were there for a sports event that started at 7 am (which meant we had to leave the hotel at 6:45) but breakfast wasn't ready until 7 am on the weekends. On Saturday they did serve breakfast early for us but on Sunday they did not.
The hotel is located near a very tiny mall but there are a few nice restaurants nearby.

My wife and I stayed Friday 2/28 and Saturday 3/1. Two nights. Friday night was a nightmare. Hotel was packed and even though there are signs quiet time 11pm-7am people were not obeying it and staff was not enforcing it. I guess there were a couple of sports teams there. Neighbors were loud and had loud music late into the night. It was around 1 am so I reported it to the front desk. It helped a little bit but not completely. Another issue was no hot water that Friday night for a shower and Saturday morning. Just warm. I told the front desk and they said they would look into it. If the hotel is busy they should be able to have enough hot water for people to shower. Very unhappy about that. Saturday night and Sunday morning was better for hot water. Saturday night was much quieter too. Fire alarm went off in the hotel at 1:30am for I don't know why Friday night. Didn't go off for too long. Almost thought we were gonna have to evacuate. But we didn't.

Breakfast was nice! Nice variety. But Saturday morning I thought it was gonna be open at 7am as I was told Friday night. I went down at 6:45am Saturday and it was mobbed with people and opened already. Most everything was empty...Just because there are teams there I think they shouldn't have opened up earlier. If I would have known, I would have been down there 6:30am or whenever. They should have let everyone know. Made me frustrated. I notified staff. Sunday was better. I was there and they opened breakfast at 7am.

Our room was clean, neat and organized. Very happy about that. Although they could have put an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only a partial roll near the toilet. Had to ask for more. The heater for the room was good and kept the room warm as it was cold outside. TV and cable was nice.

Disrespectful and insulting general manager and front desk staff. Interactions with them were especially disturbing for my family as we were already under a lot of stress; I was recovering from a recent double mastectomy and we are still awaiting some results. We met our son to celebrate his birthday. Our family had 2 rooms. On the day we were leaving, I spoke with the general manager on the phone at 11:35 (25 minutes before 12pm checkout) and requested a later check out. He offered 12:30pm and I thanked him and informed my family. Well before 12:30, housekeeping walked in my 20 year old son’s room without his consent, and he was fully unclothed at the time. (To be clear, we did not blame housekeeping in any way; clearly they had not been informed.) When we informed the front desk staff and general manager of the incident, the general manager said this was a “minor inconvenience” and then lied and said it was my fault because I had called right at check out time and he’d had no time to inform housekeeping. I had the text I’d sent my son immediately after speaking with the general manager, with the timeline on it. He insisted I sent it *before* I spoke with him. Unprofessional, unnecessary, and asinine. When we got home, we made a complaint with IHG Customer Care via their online, which they acknowledged the receipt of but have since ignored. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Spend your money elsewhere! I’m sure there are nice hotels in the area with respectful and honest management. If you have an issue, it is unlikely that this place (and their corporate owners) will handle it respectfully or appropriately.

The front desk staff were super nice and the breakfast was decent. However, the room felt dirty. There were stains on both beds, one on the comforter and one on the fitted sheet. There was rust in the bathroom and the carpets were very very dirty. We tried to take a bath but the tub kept slowly draining. The pool had a lot of gunk floating in it as well. I wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: The staff members were incredibly kind, we arrived late due to traffic and they got us checked in quickly and even rushed a crib to our room before we got there so we could transfer a sleeping baby from a carseat, it was very thoughtful and appreciated! Negative: I wouldn't say don't like, but a good thing to note for the future- the pullout couches are not premade so we had to go back down to ask for sheets. We received everything quickly but next time we'll know to ask before we arrive!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was your standards breakfast, with options like yogurt, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. plus coffee always available.

The gym had basic equipment like treadmills, elliptical and free weights and seemed well maintained.

The rooms were pretty standard, came with minifridge and microwave. But they were NOT clean. Side sofa had crumbs and some dried up stuff on it. The included soap in the bathroom were all pump soaps, but there was so much soap crusted onto the pump mechanism that some didn't work. It was clear that housekeeping only cleaned areas where they assumed people would use, like just the middle floor of the shower. The door and corners had soap scum and hair caked on it.

Housekeeping also doesn't clean regularly - they just replace your towels but bed isn't made up nor is the floor vacuumed. I just had to force myself to not look at the dirtiness or think about what could be lurking on the dark carpet, which you can't tell if it's clean or dirty.

The surrounding area is pretty nice for what you can get in rural Ohio. There are shops and restaurants nearby and a target about 15 mins drive away. However there isn't much more to do than shop at standard stores that most American towns have or go eat.

It is definitely a no frills stay. Rooms often went partially cleaned. Had to ask the front desk three times to have my bedding changed and on another occasion after service the maid left me with zero towels or a shower mat. TV's are old and outdated. And the dark out blinds were broken, the pull chain would not engaged. Would stay at this hotel as a last resort.
