This Holiday Day Inn Express is hands down the best hotel. Great valve and absolutely the best breakfast. They offer bacon at least 3 times a week, home fries and omelets. The rooms are spacious and very well lit, and you can't beat their friendly staff. I go there a good bit and they are always trying to improve. They just added a fresh brew coffee machine.....and the coffee id GREAT!!

This is the best hotel in Russellville! Don't let the Courtyard's new facade fool you, this Holiday Inn Express is a gem and the best in the area. Clean, good rooms, great staff, solid amenities (like a decent fresh and FULL breakfast, which is harder and harder to find). I get great rest and can easily get to anywhere I need. I've stayed at several places in the area and regularly travel around the country in large cities to small towns and in -between. I've returned to this hotel already and I will again next time I'm in town.

I need to thank and shout out one team member, Fi Fi, at the front desk. She is AWESOME, extremely kind, helpful, and she takes great care with guests. Give that woman a raise and a promotion! Her customer service skills greatly add to your venue.

Flustered from recent unexpected downturns of my work, I was already five and a half hours away when I realized I left my work backpack where I kept my laptop, iPad, notes, and all! It was late by the time I called the hotel but Tori calmly assured me the office has it and will help ship it to me the next day. The following day Eddie called to give me the FedEx tracking number even apologizing for the delay as they had to find a good sized box for my backpack. I was taken aback. Clearly he was trying to even minimize my shipping costs! Two days later, I got my gear back - neatly packed, intact, and nothing lost. When I offered to treat them as a gesture of thanks, Eddie just told me a letter should do. Amazing! By the way, this hotel is well managed, well maintained, well stocked, and the staff are all nice to their guests! I’d also want to thank Lisa. I can’t wait to be back and see them again!

We stayed at this location during a road trip thru Arkansas. The location is great. Close to restaurants and easily accessible. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was fantastic with many good selections. Check in and out were fast. Our only comment were the signs in the hallway indicating which direction to follow to find your room. The placement of the arrows were confusing, causing us to go the wrong way to find Room 305 with our luggage in tow. I suggest some human factoring be applied in placement of the arrows. See attached pictures.

Hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the lights by the bed did not work and the shower has no water volume and little pressure. Breakfast was OK. It was well supplied, clean and presentable; however the taste and quality are typical of most free hotel breakfast.

Clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Good location. Easy to find. Staff was very accommodating. Large selection of TV channels. Great over night stay. The hotel is very clean with the exception of typical bathroom wear.

This hotel is about a mile off the interstate with easy on/off access and restaurants nearby, including Cracker Barrel and IHOP. Check-in took a little longer than usual, but this was likely due to my having two separate reservations for back-to-back nights but requesting to stay in the same room both nights.

The room smelled like it had been recently renovated—it was in nice working order, clean. (Bathroom was clean too.) The mattress was very stiff (not my fave), and we could never figure out how to watch any channels, although we had no issues hooking up a laptop with HDMI cable and watching movies that way.

Breakfast was standard HIE fare—an assortment of choices, hot, ready, clean.

We had an issue on our bill which we received for the first night. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk, she explained this was because a code had been put in incorrectly when we checked in, and she worked to resolve it, which she assured me later it was resolved. She was very helpful and friendly, as was another woman who worked there (perhaps housekeeping or breakfast worker?).

I have been attending a business meeting quarterly for the last 2 years. This hotel is always clean. The staff are excellent. I have not had a bad experience in all that time!
