Upon arrival our room was not ready at check-in, however, the staff was extremely helpful and directed us to nearby restaurants and shopping while our room was being cleaned. We were notified promptly once our room was ready. The room was spacious and allowed plenty of room for our grandson to roam. The bed was comfortable and we were able to enjoy a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and always kept fresh. I have never had a hotel contact us when we left something behind, but to our surprise, we received a text after we checked out that we left a jacket behind, they offered to ship the jacket to us or have it available at the desk upon our return. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I recently stayed here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities.

The location was perfect close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. Additionally, the facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations, offering comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay!

I found myself having to relocate to Phoenix for 30 days in January. Since this is prime weather for the area, finding a decent hotel was looking to be a challenge. But I found not only a decent one, a very good one in this Holiday Inn Express. It’s very clean, great, friendly staff, good amenities (breakfast, pool, workout room) - my stay (15 days in) has been perfect!! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the only place I stay in the Valley. It is the bet of the bred here and I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express locations and this is truly the best! All your staff is top notch. I have been staying here for years and I know many if not all the front desk people. The addition of Mary to the front desk is awesome, she is another great ambassador for your property. I already have rooms reserved for 2025. You make it easy to stay in Phoenix Metro, I never have to wonder where I would like to stay.

I am so shocked to see how clean and beautiful this property it is . Amazing workers who always go above and beyond Matthew is amazing, great front office agent who help me with my 3 reservations very professional. All the other workers are very professional as well and very nice and friendly . At this point I am still shock to see how cleanliness the property it is . it looks like a new open hotel . Beautiful quiet property. The beds are very very comfy the rooms are very kept clean . One thing It was negative was the HK supervisor she knocks the doors really hard that you can heard 3 doors away her knocking very roughly is very disturbing when others are still sleeping. And you can heard her raising her voice very loudly “HOUSEKEEPING “ way to loud .

Wanted to get away from the stress of Christmas, and we did! It was a great mini vacation.

The heated (another 10*please😝) pool and free breakfast are awesome but the staff here is what totally made our stay. Working Christmas and you would think they wanted to be there😜, all of them, and I do mean all, were incredible ! Thank you

Positive: Staff was awesome. They were very helpful and accommodating. Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the fact that vacuuming the room didn't appear to occur during our visit. This may be standard practice, but it would've been nice if the room was vacuumed at least once during our stay.
