The staff, the amenities, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, the breakfast & 24-hr coffee, the pool area, and the location met or exceeded our expectations. The staff were magnificent and responsive to our needs, always with a smile. We were particularly impressed with their priority to always meet the guests needs in two instances: promptly providing all needed items and cleaners when one of our family members got sick in our room; and on two occasions when we needed to leave the hotel before breakfast opened at 6AM, the front desk provided "To Go" bags that they prepared for us so that we got the benefit of breakfast those 2 days. The staff was always smiling and easy to talk to and ready to serve. A particular shout-out to Robyn at the front desk. She listened to us, was very knowledgeable, and provided superb service.

I always have a great stay at this hotel. I can check in online so all I have to do when I get to the hotel is get my key and go straight to my room. The room is always a good temperature and the blackout shades make it so I can sleep at any time of day. I like the bench where I can lay out my suitcase for easy access to my clothes. The bed is comfy and I like that it actually has thick blankets. Overall always a great stay. I can’t speak to the breakfast as I always have a work breakfast meeting to attend at a restaurant, but I see a lot of people at the breakfast area in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel.

The arrival, check in was fast and easy. The stay was overall great. The hotel has different level of floors, we were in the middle and the people above us were up very early being loud. That’s not the hotels fault. The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Great healthy options and clean breakfast environment. I do recommend staying.

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay here. Great location. The property was safe, well kept with plenty of options for groceries and food within walking distance. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was decent and the pool area was really nice (and the pool is heated). They have plenty of seating and shade, as well as a gas fire pit area and grills. Biggest complaints are coffee isn’t hot enough, and some of the doors should be adjusted because they literally SLAM shut which was really noisy! I know there are fire codes, but this was excessive and if anyone got their fingers in there it would not be pretty. All and all we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay initially consisted of 8 rooms for 4-5 nights coordinated by Jennifer with Sales and terminated with a multi-day extension of 1 room due to an unplanned hospitalization. The facility was nice, clean, and overall in great condition. WiFi was fast. The breakfast was perfect, especially with the extra effort by Shannon helping me get eggs without cheese. The common area was perfect for our group to meet and socialize. The location was only a mile from the wedding venue and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. I should have captured the names of all of the staff that assisted us throughout our stay because they were all fantastic! This review should be considered very positive in every regard. We will strive to stay at this property during future visits! Thank you to the full staff at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Gilbert, AZ!

While the location of this property worked well for us, we found the value for the money lacking. As an IHG member, they should recognize that when you check in. Few of the properties do that any more and this was no exception.

The room was on the 2nd floor. We found it to be very noisy. Activities from the other rooms like running water, slamming doors made for an unrelaxed stay.

The bed was not comfortable.

The room and the property were very clean and from appearances, what you would come to expect from an IHG. The breakfast was average and what you would expect. Front desk staff was nice and cordial.

The hotel was better than expected and in a nice area. The check-in person was friendly. Room was clean. Shower pressure could be better. Pillows are too stuffed to be comfortable. I wish the overhead light switches above the bed in the corners were next to the bed. The nightstand lights are too bright for me personally.
