The check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff at the counter at all times. Friendly cleaning and wait staff. The hotel was very clean. The morning breakfast was hot and full of variety, while I have to mention the lady who constantly made sure that the breakfast area was clean and all items refilled quickly. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and did not need much supervision as I have seen in other locations. It was very comfortable my room was amazing and spacious. I loved the extra touch on the tv screen greeting me as a platinum member.

Nice hotel’s. But services homeless. And those homeless they turned away live out front of the hotel. 2 of our 4 day stay we seen the city Medical Corner picking up bodies. One morning had a homeless person set the palm tree 🌴 on fire across the street from the parking lot.
Another guest when we were coming back on evening was at the front desk complaining his truck was just broke into and his tools were stolen.
Again, nice hotel, friendly and nice staff, the place is clean. Come here, get inside your room, pray your car isn’t broke into.
But it’s a nice hotel despite the razor wire around the back.

I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express at least once before and I always have a great experience but this most recent visit definitely stood out as the best. I booked this hotel for the night of a Kidz Bop concert. Things I always look for in a Phoenix hotel include free parking, a pool/hot tub, and the proximity to the event. This hotel ticks all boxes and more. Free breakfast is a plus and there were a lot of great options. It was only a slight bummer that there isn't a bar but the market was actually pretty well stocked. I'm never someone who needs to fill the mini fridge with something to drink but it's nice to have the option. The pool and hot tub were super clean and the front desk person was very kind not to rush us out of the pool right at 10pm since we did have a couple of children with us. Those little things really made the experience go from good to great. The only small inconvenience is that I booked 2 rooms for 2 families and I was hoping to that they would be next to or at least near each other. I'm not sure if I should have specified that but they ended up being on different floors so that was moderately inconvenient. The breakfast person was also very considerate and kindly let us know that she would be cleaning up soon so that if we wanted to get anything else, we could. The location and price for the location is amazing. Sometimes traveling with kids can be tough with ride share so proximity is important. We were able to take a short walk to the venue and it was really awesome that there were always 2 scooters parked just outside of the lobby.

Room was clean and comfortable. They clean and make up the room daily which is nice. Fresh towels and make the bed. Garbage is removed every day. Front desk staff is available to assist. Location is easy to find. Parking is always available. Have not had an issue with checking in. The process is quick and easy. Wish the breakfast was a bit earlier so I could enjoy it.

Wonderful stay with my first time being in Phoenix. This hotel met all my needs as a seasoned traveler. I especially liked access to the hot tub during evening hours to recover the muscles. The breakfast makes me content. The gym and laundry rooms were clean, secure and fully operational.

When we first walked into the hotel to check in, there was immediate relief from with their air conditioning as we are not accustomed to the Arizona heat. The front desk got us checked in right away and were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extra soft and comfy so we took a nap before going out that night. The bathroom and greaf quality soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was super a really nice touch. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of options and their crispy bacon was especially delicious. Will definitely come back our the next time we visit!

The staff is helpful and friendly, this hotel is so clean. The rooms are lovely and so clean. Loved the water bottle refill station, the guest restroom was super clean, and recycle bins available. Love that you guys offered Dove in the bathrooms.The free breakfast was lovely, the staff kept everything full and clean. I will definitely be returning for my next vacation.

As previous guests mentioned, staff was friendly enough at check in. Room wasn’t exactly clean and housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. (Lots of unwashed food stains on both comforters. Possibly Doritos and other chips and things.)
We checked out early and are going to a place with more cleaning and fewer folks asking us for $4 in the parking lot.
The homeless and drug infused folks outside seemed harmless enough but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to folks who aren’t ready to confront/talk to them when coming back to their rooms at night.
