We recently stayed for one night and were delighted with the room, particularly in terms of its size, brightness, and decor (recently updated). There was more than ample room for luggage, technology, and work-stations. Additionally, the room was quiet, which made it easy to sleep (not always the case in name-brand hotels). The free parking was also a plus. We travel quite often and have done so for many years. This hotel provided one of the most satisfying stays we have ever experienced.

Booked a room last minute to enjoy an overnight visit to the city. My mother lives an hour from town but wanted to enjoy restaurants and bars without the hassle of driving her back home. Very good location of the freeway and we were able to adventure around with low transportation costs. Hotel seemed busy and everyone was happy. Hotel and rooms were quite clean and our beds were great, more than happy with what we got and paid for.

The location could not have been more perfect, getting around town is easy with bus and rail a short distance away, several good places to eat within walking distance and so much to do. It was another fabulous trip thanks to the awesome team of the holiday inn express.

This is a gem of a hotel. I was concerned about the amount of traffic in the area, but there was no need. The people who work there seem happy to be there. Pleasant. Airy. My room had a pony wall that helped make me feel cozy away from the window. Great light. Breakfast server kept this moving, warm and clean.

This is probably the nicest airport hotel I've ever been to. I'd live in the shower if I was able to.

My Room was spotless and modern. WiFi worked awesome, the bed was super comfortable.

The parking lot is fairly small, I got there early so I didn't have an issue but I could see it being harder to park bigger vehicles if the lot was full. They do offer a shuttle service to the airport which I didn't use as I had a rental to return the next day.

Breakfast was good. They also offer some snacks and beer for sale, it's expensive but that's understandable for the convenience.

The location is perfect, especially for people like myself that are from out of town, It is very easy to find your way to the airport/rental return.

Stayed here 4 nights. We booked it somewhat last minute (within a 2-3 weeks of our stay) and were surprised by the great price we were given. The airport shuttle service is great. This was our first time exploring Phoenix, and the location of this property is only a 15 min drive from the downtown area, as well as some beautiful hiking spots in the area (Camelback & Piestewa). Overall great experience with this property. The common areas like the pool and gym were clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Clean brand new rooms. Checked in late and out early but it was a good experience. Barnabas at the front desk was the most pleasant person I’ve ever talked to! It was late night but he was so friendly and kind. Really goes above and beyond and should be recognized for how much he cares about his job. Normally checking into a hotel is a very mild experience, but my partner and I were in a great mood afterwards because of Barnabas.

I was very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel . The room was modern and the bed was very comfortable not to mention quiet ! As I needed a good nights sleep for a cross country flight , this was very much appreciated . The hotel has a nice calming feel the moment you arrive and a welcoming smile from the front desk representative. the hotel is just a few minutes from Sky Harbor airport and they offer a shuttle service for your convenience. Perfect!
