First time staying here, what a great all around experience! I wanted to mention Ms Lourdes who works breakfast she was very attentive and did an outstanding job! Also Eduardo hard working always moving keeping housekeeping needs taken care of. Also house keeping on the 3rd floor did an outstanding job! Lastly Benny and the entire front desk crew thanks for your hard work! I totally recommend this property!

We have stayed here many times in 2023 and 2024. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping was excellent. The front desk is very accommodating. The manager even took our Christmas card picture in the decorative lobby. The location is convenient to the airport and close to freeways. safe area. The breakfast is very good. Choices usually changed every other day and kept full. Highly recommend

I’m a big fan of holiday inn for its consistency, I’ve stayed in their hotels all over the US and outside including Europe, Asia. I initially stayed in phoenix in a garden tree by Hilton (selected by my boss) and ended up changing after 2 nights here because it was gross, old and double the price . This hotel has the Holiday inn modern interior design, it’s clean and has great amenities, looks recycled with a few imperfections which is fine, but it has 2 big issues: when I wanted to book the airport shuttle I was told there is one shuttle for 5 people every 30 min, and that all shuttles until 8:30 AM where booked, which being an airport hotel in guessing that’s their peak hour, it would make sense they offer a few more.
The other thing is that the TVs are normal cable TVs and the remote was old and sticky, I couldn’t even change the channel, and they are not smart TVs so no streaming apps, this is a bit disappointing given how cheap smart TVs are in comparison with one night rate.

I stayed at this hotel late October 2024 for a business trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. My flights were delayed and I did not arrived until midnight. Thankfully their airport shuttle is available 24/7, which made the trip to the hotel stress free. Once I arrived, the check in was quick. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. I HIGHLY Recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here as our final night in Arizona before our flight back home. The two gentlemen at the front desk were not terribly friendly and not terribly helpful when we checked in. The facility was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We got up to our room and discovered we were in a handicap room. Neither of us are handicapped and didn’t request that. Very few people are in the hotel so it’s not like they ran out of room. Couldn’t quite figure that one out. Because it’s a handicapped room it was very large so the TV seemed like it was 1,000,000 miles away from where you would view it! They really need to upgrade those TVs. The room had zero USB type C or USB chargers at all. It was rather surprising considering the excellent condition of the facility. You would think they would have something like USB chargers.

The whole experience was...meh. We stayed here one night for conducting business in Phoenix (were not using the airport), and would likely not stay again. The room was fine, quiet, nice, no complaints there. However, the elevator was an utter nightmare- slower than molasses and all the hotel guests we ran across were the type who were frantically pressing the close doors button to keep others out. Didn't use the pool but the hot tub was frigid- probably heated pool temp. Breakfast was a total fail- absolutely mobbed by the same rude guests who didn't want others in the elevator, and hotel staff had clearly given up. Tables were dirty, no restocking of the food, hot water for tea was cold, etc. We just gave up, too, as there really wasn't anything left anyway, at around 0845 when breakfast ended at 0930. That's part of what you pay for so that was disappointing. But, the room was decent and we can sort of understand the staff not wanting to deal with the caliber of the guests that morning, hence the 3 stars.

I had no issues during my stay. I was picked up from the airport and was able to check in earlier than the stated time due to my membership status.
I particularly appreciate the wide range of breakfast options and the meat options available for those of us that don't eat pork. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, will choose to return here next time I'm in Phoenix.
