I travel for a living and stay in Holiday Inn’s when available. Upon check in, Michelle was incredible. She allowed me to check in early which was a great help for me. Upon getting to my room, I sat on the bed to collect my thoughts. I noticed a stain on the pillow case so I pulled back the covers and found more stains that appeared fresh… not washed in stains. I went to the front desk and explained to the girl (not Michelle) that I’d like my sheets changed and why. She did offer to move me but I had already unpacked some. I had been on the road for 3 1/2 weeks so, as you can imagine, I had a lot of stuff. I told her my room number and walked back to my room. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. I answered it and she hands me a fitted sheet and top sheet. She then walks away. I was stunned. I began stripping my sheets and making the bed again only to realize she didn’t bring me everything. I called back down to the desk and told her I really wanted my entire bed changed. A few minutes later, another knock. I answered and she gave me the rest of the set to include pillow cases and walked away! I’m not sure why I was responsible for changing my sheets, but after a long day of driving, that’s the last thing I want to do. I put the entire dirty sheet set outside of my room and it sat there for hours. I was on the first floor near the front desk. I did speak to Michelle that night and explained to her what happened. She was very apologetic and assured me it would be taken care of. In fact, I was not going to leave review or even bring it up again but what happened next angered me to the point that someone needs to hear. The next morning, I was packing up and getting ready for work when my hotel door flew open. This was around 9am. The housekeepers were entering my room without a knock… nothing! What if I hadn’t been dressed? There are a million what ifs but it boils down to simple respect. Knock before entering. I am attaching the photos of the pillows and bed with stains. I will not be staying at this location again. This was a nightmare!

The staff were very friendly and courteous. As always the food was excellent and up to par. My family loves the cinnamon rolls served for breakfast. www have been members for some time now and will continue to frequent IHG.

My stay was very pleasant. The only bad thing was the noise at the pool. It was so loud we could not visit. It seemed to be a fan or something. We didn't swim much as planned for the noise. Everything else was very good. The quiet room was very much appreciated.

Motel is ok. Not great. Not terrible. Shower was Luke warm. That was kind of how the entire stay felt, middle of the road. I expected more, but it wasn't terrible. Just ok.

I'd easily say that this place is the best in Perryton. The facility was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel was practically empty when we went -- somewhere around 10 cars total in the parking lot. Breakfast fared well, but I missed the bacon in the buffet line. Hotel shop was nearly empty, hotel elevator ran slow -- my only complaints on this hotel. If in Perryton, stay here.

The staff are awesome, friendly and very helpful. Check in is always fast and reliable. The rooms are always clean and smell good with comfortable beds. There are restaurants within walking distance and others one just a short drive. Parking lot and lobby are always clean.

We were very happy with our stay. Spacious king room, very clean, well lit. The best night's sleep I had on our 9 day road trip. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Had the new Holiday Inn layout which is very convenient for us since we travel with everything but the kitchen sink and like to spread things out. Thanks for making our short stay in Perryton very enjoyable. Did not eat breakfast but it looked like standard fare.
