They were on point. Anytime there was something needed, they were there to tend to it.|The rooms provided were well cleaned. The housekeepers were pleasant and readily provided what was needed for the room.| |The breakfast was very well handled by Jeri. |Her hospitality made the food more inviting.||We've been going to this location for the last 5 years. Keep improving. Look for us next year.

From the front desk to house keeping to the most wonderful kitchen help We can't say enough. Welcoming, friendly, above and beyond at every step of our stay!
We checked in to la Quinta next store. Not friendly, not accommodating, our room had no lock on the door. We left immediately and the manager said you are on your own getting a refund. She was rude and un helpful. We felt unsafe. We came to the Holiday Inn just next store. Like night and day!
Everything and everyone here at Holiday Inn has been wonderful!

My family stayed during graduation weekend. So I am sure this hotel was extremely busy. For my family we were in town to attend the 3rd graduation for the weekend. We have stayed here in the past and it was such a pleasure to arrive again to such an inviting welcoming aroma in the lobby. We were in the presidential suite and everything was wonderful.

I understand that the breakfast options are probably Holiday Inn brand, but it would be nice to have something a little different since they are all the same from one IHG to another.

i was in town to visit family and this property was absolutely amazing. they payed such close attention to detail and were so personable. Breakfast was so good everyday and they have extras to make it better like strawberry syrup and chocolate chips for pancakes! Front desk is so friendly, tonya gave us coupons for nearby restaurants and gave suggestions for where we could dine out the next night. We had so much fun just w/the staff. I traded contact info w/Tonya before i left so we could stay in touch. The beds are so good you want to fold them up and take them home! This is the place to be, i promise you wont be dissapointed!

I frequently travel to Auburn Alabama area for work and having stayed at most of the hotels in the area the Holiday Inn is the best value. The staff is very friendly and well organized and the hotel is in a great location adjacent to Tiger Town Mall. Everything you need is a short distance (restaurants and shopping) you can walk to have a beer at Wings and walk back without and can even walk to go and watch a movie at AMC||The breakfast is great and the Chef Jara makes a point to greets everyone with a friendly " Good Morning!" Besides the trade mark cinnamon rolls, Jara makes the best homemade biscuits and gravy. A lot of days we have to go into work early (before 630 AM open ) and often Jara will still take care of us if possible.||BTW the rumors about the "express" coffee maker taking 2 minutes to brew coffee are not true. I timed it this morning and it was only 58 seconds !

The hotel staff all put their best effort into providing southern hospitality. Warm smiles greet you as you arrive to this beautifully kept property. The staff ensures that any needs you have are addressed. 10/10 recommend staying here.

I have a few complaints and a few compliments. The first complaint is the front staff young lady (didn’t get her name) was pretty rude. I had a 4 hr drive and was pretty tired when I arrived. I had requested an early check in like I usually do. This time I had arrived a bit earlier than usual and understood if my room was ready at that time. I was told to come back in an hr from Ms. Carol (very nice and professional). I did and the young lady said my room wasn’t ready at this point it’s about 2:30PM. So, I said it’s still not ready with a smile. The young lady said well check in time isn’t until 3 with an attitude. I told her that Ms. Carol said it would be and to come back in an hr. Also my husband wasn’t happy with getting a call from the front desk at 10AM the next morning wanting to know he was still in the room. Check out isn’t until 11 AM so he felt like he was being rushed out of the room, when we had paid for the room until 11 AM check out time.

I really appreciate Ms. Carol for always being nice and professional.

Front desk recognized me and my rewards status, we received points for the stay and she even upgraded our room. We were there for thanksgiving and they accommodated our family and even purchased flowers for our centerpieces for my family luncheon. Top tier, clean, professional and really warm cozy feel. Thanks to all the staff for EVERYTHING especially Ms Strickland for helping me pull everything off! The managers even asked if we needed them to bring us dishes. I'm telling you, their incredible!
