We visited the hotel for a friend’s birthday party. Even though we weren’t there overnight , we were greeted with a smile while walking in. The lobby area and hallways looked clean. After the food and presents were done, we made our way to the pool area. Even though my husband and I don’t live that far away, we are making plans to stay just for the pool so our son has a nice place to swim with a little area for smaller children.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was also very easy.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the pool and as luck would have it we were the only ones in there at the time. Breakfast was ok.

Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to help you out, even help with deciding where to eat. The new coffee machines are great that fresh grind every cup of coffee 24/7. The breakfast had the best variety I have seen in quite a while with friendly and helpful staff serving. CUDOS all around! Will definitely return when in the area!

Don’t come here thinking my 5 stars means this is a 5 star hotel 😆 but it is as good as a Holiday Inn Express gets. It’s clean, has friendly staff, a good selection of hot and cold breakfasts, nice pool and well maintained property. We stay here every time we come into town. It’s close to Sugarcreek, wineries, breweries and many other fun things to do and see.

I attended an event in the meeting room, everything was great! The staff was awesome and very helpful. Great looking hotel and very clean! The pool area was so cool! Would definitely recommend!

Ordering my room through the app was very easy, staff was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Breakfast was served at an early enough time where I was able to enjoy it. My only wish would be that they had a separate block for business travelers. I had a very noisy hallway with a lot of kids

We here for a wedding. It was a perfect place to stay. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great and the women preparing it did exceptional job.

The location was perfect, the staff was great, the room fantastic, the breakfast was forgetable. The fresh made eggs,potatoes and sausage were not. The bakery items, like the muffins appeared to be akin to that from a convenience store. I would have given this venue the highest rating if they had not included breakfast.
