The room was great and the staff were professional. We went specifically for the pool and hot tub but the pool was very cold and the water was green due to algae on the bottom of the pool. The hot tub water was nice and hot but the water looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in some time as it had a filmy layer on the top and quiet a bit of hair floating around in it.

We recently stayed at this location. We had to replace our card keys multiple times due to the door not working properly. The clerk Jennifer stated it was because the keys where to close to our cell phones when they were not. She became argumentative and threatened to cancel our reservation when my wife told her that she didn’t like her attitude. She then became aggressive telling my wife that it was our fault the keys didn’t work because she seen the card key by my wife’s phone and it had deactivated the key. She never offered to see what the problem was I had to get her to go to the room and check. Corporate was contacted then the clerk was overheard on the phone gripping to the manager about us.The following day it done the same thing letting us in then the key not working. That clerk took the maintenance guy and went to the room. Come to find out it was a weak battery. The battery was replaced and no more issues. The manager never called us in regards to our complaints about the clerk like we was assured would happen by the Holiday Inn chain. Be advised don’t stay at this location!!!! Obviously they make enough money to not worry about their guest, follow up on a complaint or whether they were satisfied and would be a returning customer!!!

Room was dirty. Bed didn’t look clean. Used band aid stuck in shower. Bathroom vent covered in dust. Floors were sticky. Even carpet felt sticky to touch.

Desk lady was very kind.

Was told they had semi parking. They do not have semi truck parking you can not get out either direction without going into neighboring yard over curbs.

Will not stay there again.

I had an exceptional stay at HIE! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The amenities, including the pool and breakfast, exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and personalized service. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—I’ll definitely return!

I stayed here from October 22nd till November 14th while I was in Oklahoma doing work.

I would like to say that this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at, and I travel a lot because my work requires it. All of the staff are amazing, from the front desk to those that serve breakfast to the cleaning personal and maintenance. They made my stay very enjoyable, and I want to say thank you to all of them. Its location makes it easy to get to and there are plenty of places close by to shop and eat at. If I was to make one suggestion it would be the cosmetics of the building and parking lot. The parking lot needs to be re striped because at night you can barely see the lanes and cars have a tendency of double parking. Also, the carpet, and the colors of the wall, felt like I stepped back in the 1970's. and there is not really any plants or bushes to brighten up the landscape. I would definitely put money into that because they say a first appearance is everything, and that is the only thing this hotel lacks. Again, thank you to the whole entire staff there for making my stay enjoyable, till next time, take care y'all.

Spotless hotel room, soft sheets, friendly staff and quality breakfast! Absolutely no complaints. The decor was also very modern, which I like. If you're staying in Muskogee, STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! Avoid the Best Western across the street it was infested with bed bugs and they refuse to do anything about it, This Holiday Inn, however was flawless. Compliments to the employees and everyone who works so hard to make it that way. Thank you Holiday Inn!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! They made us feel at home and comfortable! The breakfast offerings were very tasty! The woman working with breakfast was especially friendly and smiled a lot! The woman helping us with our room booking was very cordial! Great experience! Will stay here again.

Me and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area. We wished the pool and breakfast lasted longer. The next time we visit, we'd like to experience a top floor room with a balcony. It was very convenient being across the street from the movie theater too. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We will be back.
