Booked king, was given 2 queens; priceline said it was hotels issue and hotel stuff it was priceline. Carpets were dirty upon checkin but they were being cleaned during stay. Toilet ran all first night, we pulled handle up after using each time. Then next night neighbors ran. Whiskers in sink from previous guest. Bed skirt torn and back of remote kept falling off. I like when individual ammenities were provided. Needs some TLC, but it was overall ok.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Moultrie was quite disappointing. The property is in desperate need of major upgrades and upkeep. The furniture, sofa, and bedding were outdated, and the mattress was flat and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The carpeting throughout the property was dirty and stained, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited in choice and of low quality, leaving much to be desired.

The value for the price paid was simply not there, and I expected more from a hotel carrying the Holiday Inn Express name. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, this alone couldn't compensate for the overall poor experience.

I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience. This property fall very low when compared to the high quality carried by the IHG brand.

Where do I start? First, I'm not surprised I didn't get a customer satisfaction survey after my stay. Second, I'll never stay there again and should have asked for my stay to be reimbursed for my entire stay. Personally called to make a reservation for a wedding. Leading up to the wedding I got several notifications of my upcoming stay with different confirmation numbers and dates. I literally called twice to verify my reservation and all was fine to include calling the day before my arrival. The day before my arrival I noticed they charged my account for the entire stay ahead of my stay. I arrived the next day for them to tell me I was supposed to arrive the day before and that's why the money was taken out already but then say I had no reservation for me. We went on for a few minutes having to break out my phone to prove my original reservation dates and so forth . The general manager said she had it all straightened out and it would all play out when I check out. The hotel is in need of serious room maintenance to include, loose wall outlets, unpatched holes in walls, a loose toilet. About two hours after checking out, the hotel charged me for a third night when I only stayed two nights. I called back to get a credit and was told the general manager was not in and would be gone for the next week at a conference and she's the only one that can do that and it would be at least a week before i would get a credit.

I was the Chief Engineer at a Holiday Inn Express in New Orleans when they fired my entire maintenance team and put me on the front desk from 7am to 7pm five days a week Sunday through Thursday doing night audit during the Covid days. I know how it works and for me to hear those excuses as to why it all panned out they way it did was ridiculous. I got the credit back for the third night stay they took but to even have to go through what did was unacceptable.

In town on business. This has to be one of the oldest HI Expresses in the country. Desperately in need of a full upgrade. That won’t fix the painfully thin walls and creaking floors unfortunately (I can hear water dripping through pipes as I type this). The offered free breakfast is awful (no scrambled eggs? Really?). Hopefully I won’t have to come back, but if I do I’m staying elsewhere.

We were given a final price when booking and when we got to the hotel they overcharged us by stating it was because we booked through a 3rd party site. The fridge wasn’t cleaned. There looked to be a handicap pool charge laying in the middle of the floor immediately when opening the door. The air was completely off and when turning on it sounds like a plane taking off the entire time it ran. The sinks did not drain when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Luke warm water when showering. The foot traffic was horrendous! You can hear everything above and beside you like they’re in your room! The light fixtures, carpets and room furniture are completely outdated for them to charge over $200 for a one night stay! Do not recommend to anyone to stay. First and last stay for my family

This hotel could use some maintenance and probably needs a full renovation. Our room smelled like sewage, the toilet was loose (not bolted to floor very well), shower had mold/mildew in it, walls in the bathroom were stained, furniture in room was stained, comforter on bed had a hole in it, the tv was small and was 15 years old (sticker on back of tv said manufactured in 2009), refrigerator made lots of noise, we could hear music playing from the lobby 2 floors below us, we could hear every step from the room above us, and we could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us (who talking at regular conversation volumes). The staff seemed nice though.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and had plenty of room for the kids to play. Pool was warm and clean. Outside lighting is great in the parking lot. Breakfast was very good and hot. Lots of places to sit and relax

Excellent place to stay. Awesome staff and Ms. Ore is so wonderful and has the best personality. I would recommend this property to anyone and it's in a nice location.
