From check in to checkout, we received excellent customer service. Hotel and our room was beautiful and clean. This hotel experience exceeded our expectations! The accessible room met my Mom's needs. Everyone was accommodating, professional, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was large and roomy with two queen beds, nice television, bathroom was very nice with adequate towel, hand towels and wash cloths! Soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner was dove products! The water pressure in the shower was great! The breakfast was okay, the omelette could have been a little warmer but it was good. I prefer waffles over pancakes and bacon over sausage! But overall the breakfast had a decent variety of food!

I had a good experience overall with my recent stay in December 2024. The breakfast was a decent spread and the general areas of the hotel were clean and appealing. The staff very quickly and efficiently responded to concerns I had with my room and resolved them immediately. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at 5 different hotels in Milledgeville over the last few years. This property is by far the best on in the area. Close to shopping, dining, and Georgia College. One of the better free breakfast options we have ever experienced.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We had the two queen bed room and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of options. It’s a great location to stay and close to campus if you’re visiting there.
