The staff at this location were extremely accommodating and friendly. They were able to honor my request for a late checkout and upgraded me to a fantastic suite without even asking. Their laundry facilities and breakfast room were clean and easily accessible. I stayed here twice in one week and the staff remembered me and were friendly every time I approached the front desk with a question. I never felt like I was bothering the staff. The room was clean and fully stocked. Definitely a thumbs up on this location. I stayed at a Holiday Inn weekly. Love this location.

Our team had a fantastic stay during our youth hockey tournament! The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The hot breakfast had a great variety and was delicious—perfect for fueling up before games. The lobby water station was a convenient touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the breakfast area for a team dinner, which was much appreciated. The pool was clean and a big hit with the kids. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Milford, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect—close to Boston mall, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel’s ambiance was relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect for a getaway.

I highly recommend Holiday Inn express to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Pros: Fairly inexpensive, great location close to everything you might need, plenty of parking, room was clean
Cons: The lobby area was extremely cold. The pool had no towels. It took several minutes for some to be brought out and when they did, they were hand towels, which barely did anything to dry people off. Each time I went to the front desk, I had to wait for the representative to stop looking at their phone and take their ear bud out. Also, we got to breakfast at 9:12 on Monday to find half it already put away - and by 9:22 there was literally nothing but black coffee left (even the creamer was put away!). If breakfast is advertised as served and available until 9:30, it should be fully available until 9:30.

I love IHG brand, and the service was amazing when I was greeted so I had high hopes. I am a club member and booked two rooms with my points. The water was freezing and had to run for 5 minutes before we could take a warm shower, not even hot. The room was disgusting. The chairs had paint and stains on them, and we refused to sit on them. Getting a comfortable sleep was not an option. One charging port worked in each room. We woke up at 8am and left to go somewhere else for breakfast because we had enough.

Gap between bottom of entry door at about 2 plus inches light from hallway clear as day. Very little hot water to shower in the mornings. Indoor swimming pool not working, 50% of the gym equipment broken.. could not use to work out or swim. Breakfast was good and always warm.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Milford, CT! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and it had plenty of great options. The location is convenient right off I-95, and the overall experience was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Located near I-95, restaurants and activities, the pictures on the website are perfect. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for when I booked it for my family when we came to sightsee. However, everyday we were told the pool would be open the next day and it wasn’t open our entire stay. On day 2 we realized we didn’t have hot water in the sink or shower. Everyone seems friendly and concerned when you complain, but nothing was ever done. When we left, we still didn’t have hot water and pool was still out of order. The pool was the reason why I booked this hotel. I even called prior to booking and was told it was open (3 days before arrival). We use hotels for sleep, pool afess and showers. We were able to get 1/3 of that here. I will not book here again and would highly encourage others to book elsewhere.
