Everything was wonderful except for the bathroom overhead light in rm 223 it was blinking continuously. So we just used the lighted vanity mirror. We were staying at this new hotel because my daughter was having surgery at the new hospital with that being said it is very confusing on entrance into the hotel and exiting is a nightmare. Other than that we had a very relaxing quit stay here. They have shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower and soap and body wash at sink also hairdryer. I choose IHG hotels for their beds and pillows best sleep ever. Very friendly Management and Staff. I will be staying again hopefully after the road is fixed.

Positive: The staff at the front desk were SO wonderful! They were very friendly and accommodating during check-in. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future. The breakfast was also worth mentioning - it was very good! Negative: The carpet in the room felt a little sticky for some reason (it could just be the material). A bar of soap (vs the hand pump) would have been nice to have in the room but that's just my personal preference.

This Holiday Inn property was a refreshing experience from the upkeep of the outdoor property to the pristine smell and look of the hotel room accommodations. The cost for the stay was the lowest for the Birmingham AL area for one of the best properties in the area. Honestly! I've saved this hotel property for my future stays in Birmingham.

I can't express enough how much I love this hotel. It is beautiful, the beds are actually comfortable and the staff are the absolute best. The 3 employees that stood our the most to me are the 2 sweet ladies at the front desk. And a lady named candy who worked the breakfast room was amazing. I don't know how much they make but I do know they deserve a raise ? I love this hotel and I love the staff. God bless all of y'all! ❤️

Start off with the negitives they are doing road construction so the road getting there is bumpy so watch out when you are drving in and out . Could be my location of room but you hear some road traffic nosie in the room like 18 wheelers jake brakes slowing them down or loud mufflers of automobiles .. so the windows are not sound proof.. i heard people runnign up and down the hall at 10pm at night so if you are light sleeper like i was wear earplugs to block out nosie ....Positive Staff was wonderful nice and helpful location was great for my needs... the room was very clean and smell clean.. the decor was nice the bed was cozy and comfortable ..i did not eat breakfest so i can not comment on that .. i will stay here again just have to buy earplugs to block out noise...

My boss said that the hotel was amazing. I have been an IHG member since 2006 and this is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. The customer service here is nothing less than 20 out of 10. They supersede in their care for their customers. Abby went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my boss had everything he needed and he said the hotel and service was amazing. Abby operated with the utmost compassion and professionalism and made my boss's stay nothing less than perfect! Thank you Abby for providing one of the best customer service experiences yet! If I had to describe this hotel in two words I would say "The Best"!

This is our new go-to place to stop when we are passing through Birmingham. Very friendly and helpful staff. On our latest stop our child left their favorite stuffed animal behind and the staff was so great about finding it, cleaning it up a little, and keeping it safe until sending it back to us. Thanks to everyone from Fawntana!

Comfy beds, rooms were very clean, and pillows were fluffy. Good spot to stop and rest while traveling. Kids liked the breakfast. The breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast. No complaints.
