Edit: I must drop this hotel down to one star. In my last week there, not a single towel replacement or garbage pickup. I had to use the floor garbage can outside the elevator. I didn't ask for these things to get done, but I should not have to.

I always enjoy this hotel. You get what you pay for here. Rooms are comfortable. The breakfasts are good. Wish they kept up with the scrambled eggs though. The staff are friendly. It is close to lots of food choices.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making us feel truly welcome. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas, giving a sense of comfort and luxury. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, that catered to every taste. Everything from the people to the facility and the room accommodations were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything in the room had been modernized. We really like the shower stall and we had lots of choices for the TV.

I visit the Marysville area a few times a year for work and always stay at the this IHG property. The recent remodel makes it feel like a brand new hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rates are comparable, if not better than other hotels in the area.

I was charged for 2 nights do to "no show" yet I was staying at the hotel! Can not get any response after multiple attempts.

We were traveling in and kept extending our stay, I had 4 reservations made months in advance for a family wedding. I took proactive steps to ensure there would be no confusion with these multiple reservations. Several weeks prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm that the reservations would be consolidated, and I received assurance from the staff that they would manage the situation. I followed up on the day of my check-in, reviewing all the confirmation numbers with the receptionist to further ensure there would be no issues.

Despite these efforts, when I checked out, the receptionist informed me that I would be charged for two nights due to my failure to cancel the reservation in time. This was particularly perplexing as I was standing in front of her, and I had already taken steps to confirm everything. I explained that I had made multiple calls and had been assured the matter would be handled, but the receptionist insisted I had not given enough notice.

I have since been trying to resolve this error, but I have encountered repeated difficulties in contacting the appropriate individuals.

When I called to reserve a room, I told them I wanted a king size bed. He asked if I wanted a suite. I said "NO". I went online and could have reserved a room for $139.00 with a king size bed. I was charged $171.00. When I said something about it when I checked in the checking person said there's nothing, I can do about that. I was not about to fight with her because we were there for a funeral and had to get to the funeral home. I will think twice when booking my next travel.

Everything is brand new in the hotel! Fresh smelling lobby as soon as we walked in. Our room also had a fresh smell and it was clean and comfortable. Always love Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Cleanest pool hotel pool that I have seen.

Too many things to say why we stayed here. Granddaughter's honors band and wanting a pool for the kids to swim. Donna at front desk wonderful in making sure everything was how we wanted it.
