The location was great. Walmart was nearby,and there were a lot of eating spots. The room was great. The area is a little busy, but some of the places to eat you can walk to. We were only there for one night for a funeral we went to the next day. We were able to grab some breakfast before taking off.

The staff was great, room was clean. The negative is the location of this hotel, it sits directly next to I-75. We had an even numbered room which is on the I-75 side of the hotel. The traffic noise is constant, especially the semi traffic which kept us awake most of the night. Also pay attention to the directions getting into the hotel, there is no direct access drive, you must go through an auto parts store drive. If i were to stay again I would request an odd numbered room which I'm sure would be much quieter. Other than these two issues the hotel was great, the price was right, very friendly staff and a clean room.

Good location and very friendly staff. It is a newer location so room and common areas were clean and well equipped. There is a lot of road noise from I-75 but you are right next to the interstate. We stopped on way to Florida and it was more than adequate. Breakfast typical of Holiday Inn Express. Would stay there again.

Our room was spacious and clean. Customer service was excellent from reservation desk to breakfast staff. The little Mexican restaurant next door was amazing! We stopped halfway to our destination and had such a great experience that we decided to stop on our drive home. Highly recommend

Day 2 of a 3 day trip. Staff was very friendly. Really appreciated a comfy bed in a super clean room. A nice hot shower the next morning and we were on our way.

This hotel is clean. The rooms are comfortable. We slept well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We will be recommending this hotel to other family members. Thank you all for a great stay and a great day.

Hotel is dated and run down. The hallways and elevators were filthy. There was no beverage offered at check-in for being a platinum member.

Also, I redeemed an anniversary free night when booking this location months in advance as a stop-over during a long drive. The person checking me in seemed confused by the concept of the free night and thought I was using points and I had to explain.

Anway, a credit card charge of $33.75 has been posted for no explicable reason. Parking was free. I purchased nothing. There were no room damages. I didn’t even use the shower because it did not appear clean. I do not smoke.

Normally. I would let a small charge like this go. But instead I am going through the time consuming aggravation of having this charge removed from my card. Then I just also noticed another $8.74 charge now pending.

Seriously? They’re just charging my card multiple times for literally nothing days after I have checked out? How is this even allowed?

Avoid this location. It’s gross and the small businessperson who owns it apparently cannot figure out how free anniversary nights work and charges people’s credit cards fraudulently. Maybe hoping people won’t notice or spend the time to dispute?

Employees extremely nice, we received a gift bag of water and cookies for IGH member. Room was large and comfy, breakfast was great lots of options. My only complete is the way the entrance is off the main road. With traffic it’s a horrible intersection that’s not the hotels fault.
