Room was clean and well made. The bathroom floor on was Nasty! Was not swept or mopped. There was body hair and other hairs on the floor, the fill hose on the toilet float was not connected so water was coming out the tank. The toilet is not house keeping issue. I reconnected it, should be something that gets checked on a regular basis. Other than those things it was a great stay.

Sean at front desk was so helpful when I had to change my original accommodations due to a death in my family. He was so helpful and polite. When I checked in the next day the young lady at the desk was so kind. rooms were clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the highway noise, but it wasn’t that bad.

We stayed here for my daughter's soccer tournament the whole weekend. 5 minutes away from the soccer fields, easy access off of the interstate. Customer service was great; they even accommodated a late check out since her game was moved 3 hours later than originally scheduled.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional, the rooms were impeccable clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, the breakfast lady Ursula is amazing lady, she’s so friendly.

Upon making our reservation the customer service was outstanding. The representative asked the reason for our stay we let her know it was our sons military graduation. She completely honored his service.
The hotel staff gave us excellent service and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

On arrival, I was greeted in general, however not recognized as a rewards member. The room was clean on arrival. I had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out bed. They didn’t seem to have towels whenever I asked for any. My room key kept demagnetizing, and I had to ask for it to be replaced at least once a day, up to 4 times in 1 day. The breakfast was good taste wise, but not much variety, and one of the days the pancake machine was broken. The location was great for where I needed to be.

We have had the best experience staying in this hotel. Very clean and comfortable great breakfast. But the main thing was leslie. She was so helful and so kind!! If we needed something she went above and beyond to help us. Thank you holiday inn for our wonderful stay

Noise levels were inadequate. Not sure about the walls, maybe paper thin. The front door to the room had too much light coming in. Room service were always available and very friendly. Will stay again in the future but will request to stay on a floor or room with limited neighbors on booths sides that kept me up at night.
