Welcomed by a pleasant associate named Donna. Very nice and helpful when I asked for restaurants in the area and there locations. Excellent! My room was immaculate and very comfortable. I noticed 3 different breakfast main course options during my 3 day visit. Great start to the day. Great gym with a pool outside. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The front desk provided excellent service at check-in and even went the extra mile to accommodate us with a room overlooking the lake. The entire hotel was spotless and well-organized, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to Gloria, who was incredibly attentive and sweet. She kept the kitchen area immaculate and ensured the food was always stocked, so nothing ever ran out. The service here is truly top-notch—we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to everyone!

I would recommend this hotel. The room was clean, had comfortable beds and was quiet. The included breakfast was the usual continental fair and more than satisfied. The only thing I found was as a negative and really minor was there was no signage for finding the ice machines and no iced beverage dispenser in the lobby. We had to go into the gym to fill our water bottles with filtered water. Great location for relaxing walks.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time, loved the location, the fact that it is new and updated. Rooms were nice, front desk folks were very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. Only issue we had was the noise of the casino ferry boat docking several times during the night.

Great location within walking distance of London Bridge area. Our room had a view of the London Bridge which was neat as they were lighting it for the holidays. Room was very clean, breakfast choices were great- Bed was not the most comfortable, but was fine. Front desk staff and breakfast attendant were very cordial. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel, (I was told), is around 5 years old. So, everything was fairly new, state of the art. They upgraded us to a suite with Bridge View and view of the English Village. As expected, the rooms were well designed, clean and comfortable. All the amenities worked well. We especially liked the backlit mirror in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had many choices. The Internet speed was good, and cable TV had the usual channel choices. And the location could not have been better. It was in walking distance of many shops and restaurants, boating activities and hiking (walking) trails. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stay with no problems or hassles in Lake Havasu City or elsewhere, the Holiday Express Brand will fit the bill.

The Staff was very nice, no problems. The room was clean, comfy beds and an awesome view of the London Bridge. The breakfast was pretty tasty with a good array of choices. The Staff we encountered were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with a group of friends celebrating our 42nd nursing school reunion. It was the perfect gathering spot! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were treated like family. We were welcomed warmly by the wonderful front desk clerk from Pasadena, CA. She put all of us on the 4th floor and we had the most fabulous view of the London Bridge! The room was clean, had a large bathroom with a walk in shower, and a very comfortable bed with nice soft pillows. The location is close to several restaurants and walking distance to the London Bridge and all of the fun things to do. We took the ferry which only cost $5/person round trip, over to the Havasu Landing Casino. One night we had dinner on the other side of the bridge at Shagrue’s and another night at Cha Bones ( see those reviews under those restaurants). It was a wonderful stay.
