This is my second time at this hotel and the experience keeps getting better and better. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I am a really long way from home and it is nice to feel not-so-alone. When I arrived this time I was greeted with a "welcome home" by multiple staff members at varying times. They know my name and they treat me like Family. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Klamath Falls, OR.

Very comfortable, clean rooms! The staff were all so kind and hardworking, especially the lady at the breakfast area. The breakfast spread selection was great. The hotel is also very safe. We will certainly return.

I've done a lot of traveling for both pleasure and business. This is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The property was clean and in overall excellent condition. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courtious and addressed my issues with professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, my stay was good and comfortable, however they can improve a bit.

Bad - front desk staff lack politeness on check-in (do not recognize status members), and ignore you as you pass by. Saying hello to them seems to annoy them, even if you are status guest. With that, I had to ask if they were ok and why they don't greet people, ever. She (evening staff) said, "sorry, I was just looking at the computer and didn't notice" - this happened three times.

Bad - we were on the 4th floor next to an adjoining room. It seemed the walls and door was hollow, I could hear EVERY sound they made and word they said. Do not expect any bit of privacy.

Good - food (not the eggs) was good, organized and fresh. The kitchen team was great and incredibly personable.

Even with this, I still recommend this location and would stay there again. Maybe not in that room though.

The rooms are amply supplied with comfortable clean linens on the beds and in the bathroom. Loved the coat hooks to hang purse, coat, scarf and hat easily and conveniently. All the necessities were available, i.e. microwave, fridge, hair dryer, full size ironing board and iron to make your stay a home away from home experience. No worries about stepping out looking like you got dressed out of a suitcase! And the food choices at the continental breakfast were diverse and tasty so no need to make a stop anywhere else to get your day off to a good start! Definitely will stay there again!

The staff are amazing. They're extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not so good. The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting as well as the shower and sink dirty and stained. The breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible. Most definitely not worth the price you pay to stay here.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn and many others over the years and this last stay here was excellent from the room and to the staff who were more than welcoming.

First impressions are critical and to have a staff that is both welcoming and professional really sets the tone to someone's entire stay. I would like to also add that customers should consider leaving a tip in the room and giving the person preparing and keeping fresh the breakfasts that are served. Just imagine what one or two dollar for each service by everyone who stays at the hotel would mean to the employees.

This was one of our stopping points on a recent trip. This was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had excellent pillows which really made this place stand out. There are lots of close places to eat and a very friendly little town. I would highly recommend this hotel.
