This hotel is very nicely decorated and very comfortable! Clean and well taken care of. Our room was just around from the elevators, but we never heard any noise. Slept wonderfully on the very comfortable bed and great pillows! The only negative was the towels were very rough (not soft) and the water pressure was lacking in the fourth floor. Other than that it was great!

Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable with all of the accommodations we needed. We used the swimming pool and it was well kept. Breakfast had excellent food and many options to choose from. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Attention to details is limited. Welcome Amenity Points still not received for Diamond Elite status after checking out 3 days ago. Hot breakfast items, including coffee and food items, were empty by 7:15 am and not able to be replenished in a timely way for a business customer to leave by 7:35 am. Customer service of hotel staff lacking if questions asked.

I will not stay here again for business in the area.

I made my reservation back in November for a stay in December. I get there and the front desk worker tried to give me a queen room with a pull-out sofa. I told her no I reserved a King suite. She then told me she gave the room to someone else b/c they wanted it. I'm a rewards member!! she gave it to someone who booked THIRD PARTY. This was her first day on her own and she had made a HUGE mess of a lot of reservations. She called her manager who promptly showed up to save the day. Long story short HE worked magic, and we got 2 seperate rooms. How I don't know b/c they were booked solid. The king room we were given was handicapped accessible and the water in the shower never got warm. My son and I had to take cold showers. I was woken up multiple times from the upstairs people stomping and slamming doors. Then when my husband got there after midnight, he had to call the Hotel phone, and it rang for over 5 mins b/c your worker was asleep in the back!! There was another customer who stated they had been waiting 25 mins to get waited on. You know it's bad when you get a handwritten letter under your door apologizing. Oh, the curtain was broken so you couldn't shut it all the way. Being on the ground floor anyone could look in walking by and see my son and i sleeping

The room was clean yes, the breakfast was good. This is the first time I have ever experienced poor service from Holiday INN. Thank goodness the manager showed up to fix the situation I had to deal with

The breakfast use to be great here. But today it was sad. Nothing in the fridge. No yogurt no cream cheese no egg no chocolate milk. Nothing. No cinnamon rolls. No orange juice (they subbed dark yolk looking sunny d perhaps idk) no cranberry juice (it was tinted water)and the apple juice was straight concentrate.
I wanted to give 5 stars because I love This place. The beds are amazing. And clean and the girls love swimming inside and it’s very nice. But had to knock it down a star because breakfast was a disaster. More water than oatmeal. The scrambled were hard and crusty. We were they at 8 am on a Sunday morning.
The front desk was on her cell. Hated to interrupt her social surfing as we left.

The front desk staff was very rude. When I tried to bring my issue with the staff to the managers attention they only took his side. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone if they are looking for friendly service. As far as my room, the bathroom was dirty, baseboards were dirty-prolly never been cleaned. My tub had hair in it.

Night shift staff nice and friendly. Day shift that guy was rude an talked down to me. I just walked away. The dryer you use at this hotel be prepared to pay at least 6.00 to dry your clothes completely. Other than this

If there was a negative stars review I would leave it. The customer service is non existent. The night desk guy, not sure of his name Shelly, Shelby something that starts with an s was very rude to me and management didnt help with his unprofessional attitude. Never had anyone treat me as aweful as I was treated here. The bathroom was dirty, baseboards were covered in dust and dirt, there was hair in the bathtub.
