This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was great. Our favorite (and my kids favorite) was Brenda down at breakfast. They had great food and she was so kind as my kids have been missing a good breakfast being on a road trip. The rooms were clean. And BIG for just the standard double queen. Comfy beds with pillows noted as firm or soft. I can't say enough good things but the hospitality was the biggest impact, even a note from cleaning crew, Cheri, to enjoy our stay. Feels like the little things that have been lost, still exist here.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Everything was very clean from the Lobby to the Room. The breakfast had plenty of options, and again, the staff was very nice... would highly recommend staying here.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower had some everyday wear and tear. Close to 75 but no traffic noise. Excellent breakfast! Very satisfied & will definitely stop again with snow birding travels.

2nd time I've stopped here on my journey. Tiffany greeted me at 2am with a smile. She was so very friendly and sweet. If there was a standard for hotel personnel. She surely sets it. Thank you for the wonderful southern hospitality my lady. I will be back soon and hope to meet you again. Highly recommend this hotel.

If we could give Jamie at the front desk 10 stars, we would! Our family came in very late at night, arriving at the same time as many others. The hotel had unfortunately ran into some obstacles with reservations, but Jamie handled everything perfectly! He was calm, courteous, professional and determined to figure out a plan for everyone that walked through the door no matter how long or how many calls it took! Jamie, you are a gem, thank you for what you do!

We have loved staying here and have done so many times. On our last stay on Thanksgiving my husband slipped and fell out of the shower (it was very slippery). He split his head open and there was a lot of blood. Luckily he didn't break anything and we were able to make it down to guest service. The lady on duty was a clueless idiot but at least we were able to get directions to the nearest hospital. Upon returning after he got 15 staples in his head I went to the desk to fill out and incident report. The girl was clueless on what to do and didn't seem to even know what an incident report was. She had to call someone to tell her that yes she needed to fill that out. She was still clueless after she found them and left most of it blank and couldn't get in touch with anyone higher, I went to sleep. That was our last day and we were leaving early in the morning. The morning people were nice and concerned about how we were doing, they said that a manager would be reaching out to us later. We left at 730am on black Friday and have yet to heard from anyone. I will never stay at this hotel again I thank God everyday that my husband wasn't more seriously hurt because that girl probably didn't even know the number to call 911!! The place is clean and comfortable but be careful in the shower and i pray you don't ever need help from them.

This is a great hotel with clean rooms, great beds and pillows! Tubs in the bathroom are kind of deep for older people to step over and a bit slippery. Dove soaps, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner available for use. Nice, saves all the small bottle waste. Nice variety for breakfast. Great staff, so kind!

Exceptional customer service, immaculate rooms, large televisions, and a superb breakfast were highlights of my stay. The consistently hot water and secure nighttime access, requiring room keys for exterior doors after certain hours, enhanced my sense of safety. Jasmine and Sicily provided outstanding service, and the breakfast attendant (whose name I unfortunately did not obtain) also performed exceptionally well, promptly replenishing items as needed during a busy breakfast service. Overall, the experience was flawless. We stayed here during nights of Dec 25th and 26th.
